Ordered a nachos bell grande and they put it in a box for a Mexican pizza!!!!! Why would you do that??? The whole box is messy, soggy and disgusting. It wasn’t even edible when I got home. The nacho chips were too saturated

We did a group order at our workplace, which was 2 meals and 3 smaller food items, and half of our order was missing and not correct. They were out of coffee, and potatoes, hash browns and the food was very sloppy. Also, with all the food I do have an entire bag of hot sauce and one fork. The pop machine is mostly carbonated water. Where they said they could substitute the missing items with others, we ended up not getting either food item. This was my first time going to this one because my usual food place (not Taco Bell) was closed, but honestly, it was not a good experience. I come from the food industry background 10+ years, this would have been completely unacceptable for my previous staff.. I imagine this Taco Bell is working with all younger kids, with no sense of urgency or any sense of pride in their work ethics. I expect bare minimum customer service of double checking the items before you give it away final sale.. Obviously to overachieve is mostly the goal to bring people back. You guys failed at all parts. I wont even call to give you the chance to right the wrong. Good Luck.

I ordered a chicken chalupa and they gave me a hard taco shell in the chalupa wrap, they gave me taco meat and hella sour cream. ( i ordered a deluxe combo meal) and my burrito they put a soft taco inside of it and put hella sour cream into it. I’m currently on the toilet, I’ve been in here for damn near an hour. I feel nauseous… I may have gotten food poisoning. I highly do not recommend.

Staff here is lazy as hell. I work nights everytime I try going after midnight-1 am they state “were only accepting mobile and door dash orders.” Sounds like bull to me. Their just lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. I’ll just go to del taco where at least they’ll serve me. ♀️

Got cheated. Didn’t check my order and it wasn’t right plus I was over charged. I ordered 12 Dorito tacos and a nacho bell grande, no bean extra meat and cheese. They charged me $44.20 and I didn’t order supreme but didn’t receive it either. That was unacceptable.

Terrible experience tonight. Apparently, when you order food you get the opposite order, DoorDash took forever for the order to be ready for pick up. Then once it was ready, everything was screwed up and incorrectly.

I bought $55 worth of food and they stuffed it all in the smallest bag they had. That bag ripped obviously. But honestly, it doesn’t take having a college degree. A lot of food…big bag…a little food…a little bag. They shorted me over $12 of my food as well. Guess everything wouldn’t fit in the tiny bag, so why try to squeeze it in? Just don’t put some items! The taco bell was quite an experience, I was in the toilet for quite a substantial amount of time taken out of my life, I am sure this was due to the food, nevertheless, the food was very good, and well seasoned, the spicy potato soft taco was fairly edible and we ordered so many due to the low price of it, so we had leftovers for another day or two.
