I don’t usually complain but my nacho fries had literally no seasoning on them, and my chicken taco was somehow crushed.
Plus the line was wrapped out into the street and an AI taking orders.

This Taco Bell sucks. The grilled item was burnt, the fries weren’t even under cooked and the tacos tasted weird and were super thin. Not worth any of the money I spent at all…. Save yourself the time and drive to a better Taco Bell….

I found a piece of plastic inside my taco from this Taco Bell, which was really disappointing and concerning. This shouldn’t happen anywhere, especially at a major chain. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their food prep process because this was a pretty bad experience.

I ordered for delivery off the app and they completely screwed up my order. Half of it was the wrong items and the other half was missing. I tried calling the restaurant but the woman was mean. She kept cutting me off to ask what my name was like 3 times in the span of a minute and then started yelling at me when I was clearly getting annoyed before hanging up on me and refusing to answer the phone again and when she did pick up just told me there was nothing she could do and that I had to contact Taco bell corporate. I did and instead of rufunding my $28 to my account Tacobell just gave me a $15 off coupon on my next order. I tried calling them and they just told me they couldn’t give me my money back. Neither of the quesadillas had stake in them, my 5 layer was for some reason a fried chicken thing and my Cantine chicken taco was a hard taco with a soft tortilla glued to it with cheese. Everything else was missing.

Ordered the cheesy steak street chalupas- there is almost NO meat in them and there is no cilantro or onion or anything else. This is a pita and sauce. We also ordered the grilled cheese steak burrito and this is what we got. I’m so disappointed

One of the few taco bells it seems that actually add a decent amount of meat on there tacos and whatnot. Also doesn’t burn any burritos or stackers and such, sometimes very busy though and the parking lot is small so it can be a hassle at times. But overall one of my favorite taco bells in the area.

This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up. But by far the worst I’ve received.
I got a Deluxe Box.
Beef Chalupa (I found BAD tomatoes, one with a big brown spot and also a hollowed out bean.)
Soft taco supreme (taco wasn’t even properly “stacked” as they say, the meat from my taco was folded into the wrapper instead of the tortilla, wasnt even lined up with the paper)
5 layer burrito (poorly rolled, cracking and looks like it was sitting for who knows how long.)
Nachos and cheese. (Edible but chips smashed)
Even got fiesta potato’s. (which I ate. But found an onion in them., a glassy gross looking one.)
THIS is also what prompted me to look thru EVERYTHING
Also told we couldn’t order onions, so how did it end up in mine?
EDIT TO ADD, IM LEAVING A REVIEW CAUSE ANYTIME WE CALL WERE TREATED LIKE A JOKE AND BASICALLY TOLD TO SUCK IT UP OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. (WERE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AS OF NOW)

So a bit of education for you young lady. The difference in your “cantina” menu items is that they feature (upgraded, slow-roasted chicken and unique ingredients like purple cabbage, pico de gallo, and avocado verde salsa.)
Up until March 21st 2024… There was just “The Bowl”.
Regardless of that being almost 2 years ago… The last thing you do is tell the customer that they are wrong and that it’s always been that way.
Take your straight outta highschool job more seriously. Read some of the other reviews from this location and I have to agree with most of them… If there was another Taco Bell closer to me, I would not be coming back to this one.

Waited almost 45 minutes for an online order. People who ordered on the kiosk only waited about 5 minutes. I’m going to start going to the one on 12 Mile instead. It’s a little further, but at least I’ve never had an issue there.

I made a mobile order about an hour ago and the guys working tonight did an excellent job! I had a chicken power bowl with a number of modifications and it turned out perfectly + the food is hot and fresh. They also filled the nacho cheese cups to an appropriate amount which I often find to be an issue. Great job to the crew working tonight!!!
