The slowest moving Taco Bell ever!!!! I’ve been here a few times and every time you are in the drive through for 30-minutes, MINIMUM!! One of the last times I left the line, drove to the one closer to I-94, got my food and drove back and I would’ve been a car closer in the line if I stayed.
Tonight, my wife picked up Taco Bell for us and was in line for another 30+ minutes. When she got home, we were missing a few items we paid for. She went back there to get them and wanted to order an additional item and was told “well I can’t give you the other item for free”. She never asked for it to be free, but don’t act like the other food you were giving us was “for free” either, as we already paid for it but never got it. It took another 30-40 minutes to get these items. Almost 90 total minutes for a basic dinner order?? The $3 add-on could’ve been thrown in for the inconvenience.
Do yourself a favor and drive to any other Taco Bell, even if it’s out of state. It will probably be quicker.

Taco bell worker Megan does not have a clue on how to count back change. When I advised her about the mistake she said oh it’s only a dollar. Then she said it’s the machine mistake. I wanted to ask her about the machine in her head. I asked for a receipt because she didn’t give me one. She had someone else give it to me. This is not good customer service and I will be contacting corporate. I will not be back to this location.

This Taco Bell needs to be closed until a full and capable staff is available! No customer should have to wait an hour plus to receive their order! It’s also wildly unacceptable to expect a staff of 4 whole people (2 mind you who are the only ones actually putting food orders together) to keep up with the over flow of online orders door dash orders drive thru orders and walk in orders! Do not go here unless you have an hour to kill to wait for your food!!!

for the 2nd time in a few months, i went through the drive threw and the line took about 40 min to get through. the lady at the window asked for my order #, which thats not even given to us. shes slow and doesnt seem to know what shes doing. i was told it was only her and her manager working.. So it seems that they were cooking your order as you pulled up to the pick up window. They obviously have a huge issue at this taco bell. i will NOT go back! several cars got tired of waiting in line and left.

I never usually complain about things because I also work in the food service industry but this is just unacceptable. Every time I go to this location my quesadilla is always not cooked. Tonight I went to get food after work and this was the quality of my food. Cheese not melted and taco just thrown into the bag so I when I picked it up nothing was in it and all the toppings were at the bottom of the bag. I get that I did come later at night but considering closing time is 2am my food should not have looked like this. I can look past maybe once or twice but this is like the TENTH time this has happened to me and it’s ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY APALLING!! Since when do the people in the back yell up front at the person buying food??? And over a side of sauce that the AI put as no sauce maybe wear your headset?!?! Also I said no oinion and the bean burrito was loaded with them this woman needs to lose her job. Absolutely not acceptable and I feel that without her this location would do so much better.. **time of order : 6:25pm on 12-17-25** the cashier(Marcellie) was amazing she also got yelled at by that monstrous woman in the back that hates human beings! So not only did she verbally assault her coworker she thinks she can do the same to customers.

This was honestly the most apologetic and kind team I’ve experienced at any drive through restaurant. I received someone else’s order by mistake and went back to let them know. They didn’t give me a hard time at all! Instead, they were super nice, understanding, and turned what could’ve been a hassle into a really positive experience.
They even made the food fresh, and it showed! The Doritos Locos Tacos were the best I’ve had, and the street chalupas had an authentic flavor that I really enjoyed, my wife said they were the best soft tacos shes had from Taco Bell as well. Great job to the whole team!

This by far is the WORST Taco Bell. The manager ( Sheila ) is incredibly RUDE. Had several encounters with her The food is never made right, LONG wait times, SEVERAL times went there during business hours and the whole place was closed including the drive thru, last week went inside to order and the kiosks were not turned on so I asked if I could order at the counter and they said the dining room was closed, drive thru only( at 2pm ).

Drive thru wait times are absolutely insane. I have went here twice now to pick up an order I made, and paid in advance for, online. Both times were insane. The first time I waited over a hour and this time was just about 50 mins! No one ever answers the phone here. They are obviously overwhelmed and short staffed. The taco bell only a few miles away off of 94 and 23 mile has no wait time and seems to be fully staffed. Why leave one taco bell to rot and the other to succeed? Not good business. Missed items on both orders too. Save your time and drive two miles down the road!
