I went to your store today for the 1st time. I am very unhappy with my food. I specifically asked the girl if the 3 cheese flat breads had ANY kind of hot cheese on them. She said no, I said are you sure and she answered yes, I’m sure. Well, I live in Armada, 24 minutes from your store. Guess what??? The 3 cheese flat breads had a Chipotle cheese, which is HOT on them. Now my son has NOTHING to eat for dinner. I have to go back out at almost 8:00pm to get him something else, after working 12 hrs, because he can’t have anything spicy/hot!!! I tried to call the store and the # isn’t working!
I am keeping my receipt and will be going back to complain in person when I am back down that way. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Here is my receipt!

I don’t swing into this location too often as it’s a bit out of my way, but was close by and had a craving for a Mexican pizza. I swear every time I come here they have the coolest and friendliest staff. I’m a little upset with myself that I didn’t snap a Pic of the pizza because that thing looked commercial ready. I mean it really did look perfect. Food was good and hot. To the staff, thank you very much for everything. Great service and some of the nicest workers I have met.

1/10/26 at 12:00 am the staff is the most rudest people I’ve ever met in my life, I go to the window from the drive-thru and not a single word to be said, cool whatever I get if your having a bad day, but when I get my food and it’s the complete opposite of what I ASKED for, so I go inside and present them the MESS they so called “food” and they get defensive about THERE own mistake and I get my bean burrito back now for the 2nd time and I open it up, and it’s the nastiest burrito I’ve ever seen I almost thought it was intentional that’s how disgusting and uneditable and the lady has the nerve to tell me that I did it and I literally put my finger on the burrito and it was flat bc the beans were so watery and looked like a baby diaper on the outside/inside of the wrapper I’m surprised it didn’t just melt the paper, and the lady starting arguing with me and didn’t even try to fix it or refund or ANYTHING instead walks away talking not appropriate and whispering under her breath, I am not one to write bad reviews but this is extremely disappointing, and how these workers have one of the EASIEST jobs it’s very simple!!! I will be talking with the bbb on Monday about this

I got the Mexican pizza, the shells on it smelled and tasted rancid. I called and talked to the manager,she told me to come in and get a new one at my convenience. She not only replaced the Mexican pizza, but the whole order..That’s good customer service ,I’ll be back !!!

Jack does an amazing job handling the drive-thru traffic at this Taco Bell. Even during busy rushes, he keeps everything moving smoothly and efficiently. He’s always personable, upbeat, and makes every interaction feel welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. Jack is a big reason this location runs so well—definitely deserves recognition!

So I’ve always had okay or decent service at this taco bell. Tonight, I had by far the best service and the best quesadilla that I have ever had in my entire life from a Taco Bell. It was cooked to perfection, had the right amount of toppings, and just all around was a good experience, to the point I decided to give them a good review!

Okay first of all shoutout to dude at the drive through window who served me at 12:34am!!! He was very kind, customer service A plus!!! Now down to the reason for this review… I started off my order in the drive thru by asking for the chicken burrito that the kind man explained doesn’t start till tomorrow, no problem. He asked me to give him a moment to tend to another customer, again no problem I wasn’t in a rush. HOWEVER, whoever the miserable garden tool of a woman that chimed in on the headset being rude should stay off the headset! (She mostly likely decreases customer and employee morale) She chimed in informing me of obvious information and proceeded to give a nasty attitude, basically trying to rush me to order and did the super annoying and snarky “is that all” after ordering each of all 2 items and 1 drink lol. Cashier name on the receipt is Adanika M if that helps. But whoever that miserable lady is keep her and her bad vibes off the mic!!!! I didn’t make a fuss but the kind dude at the window apologized as soon as I pulled up cause he probably got second hand embarrassment from her doing way too much. Anyways, to the man in the window; you’re doing amazing I hope my employees are atleast half as kind as you are to customers. And to the rude woman; I’ll pray for you my dear. Have some decorum.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the area. I think they have a system where they don’t want to have cars waiting at the window so they won’t let you pull up. Basically ordered my food through the app. Waited in line for 20 minutes get to the place where you place your order the kid tells me to wait a second. Tell him my name for the mobile order. He has be wait there. No cars in front of me at the window. Then he finally tells me to pull up and I am waiting for another 5 minutes at the window. I ordered 3 tacos. Not that difficult.

Got rushed through the drive through and told by the employee”I am on timer” when the app malfunctioned and didn’t place my order. Didn’t think fast food places were even supposed to make customers aware of that? Not only that but ended up being much more expensive due to in app deals that I then missed out on.

I ordered delivery through the mobile app and I ordered no beans on my nachos and it came with them also ordered a dirty soda and got a frozen Baja blast. I ordered the new confetti churros only to pull a black hair from my mouth mid bite. My husband and I do not have dark hair. Frankly I’d love a partial refund or something because that was disgusting.
