Placed a mobile app order and waited inside for 10 minutes while 1 employee was counting a drawer and not sure what the other employees were doing, but it was around 10:00am & there were no customers the entire time I was there and they just ignored me. I asked them if they had a mobile order and they checked and said “oh we do”.

Everyone seemed really nice but my nachos were not edible from the amount of salt on them. Well I’d say at least half of them were way too heavily salted and the rest aren’t salted at all, almost like after they were done frying, someone dumped salt on them in the bowl and then never shamed them around and grabbed a handful from the middle making sure to break half of them.

Honestly the most horrible experience ive ever had here! A couple years ago, this place was amazing! Tonight really changed my mind about that. The lady who took my order was very nice but when I ordered a chicken quesarito, a man came over the speaker and with an attitude said “were out of chicken and you can only get a quesarito if you order online” well if you were out of chicken what would be the point of ordering online?? I then tried to order the 12 pack of cinnabon delights and I was told they “didnt have enough for a 12 pack” so i asked how many do they have left? After i asked that, they suddenly had none left?. Really horrible experience, food tastes okay but made horribly. The cinnabon delights i understand but being out of the chicken just before the weekend just doesnt make sense to me. Seems like youll lose alot of customer just for that and the attitudes. Also, the amount of sauces they gave me for 5 tacos is ridiculous and will be going to waste with the rest I dont use. I will drive out of my way next time to go to a different taco bell, very dissatisfied customer.

Takes too long to get the food even if you pre-order it on the app. Mobile and in store orders get made only when the drive-thru is clear it seems.
