I only come to this location because of convenience… this place sucks…. food is never 100%.. customer service is up and down.. but today was the last straw… when does sour cream ever go on a Mexican Pizza??? whole order is trash! $33 down the drain! And that mango drink is nasty azhell!

I visited Taco Bell for lunch. I ordered using the mobile app. The cashier was courteous professional and had a friendly smile. I ordered the $5 box (beefy burrito, taco, cinnamon crips and a lemonade) for drive-thru pickup. The line was a bit long, but moving at a steady pace. My food was hot, fresh and delicious. I will definitely order from this location in the near future.

It’s taco bell. Usually warm, and correct order. Every time I ask for extra sauce, I barely get 2 packs per item, if any. Lol. I think I can say the same for every taco bell location I have visited. Tastes best at 2am lol

Taco Bell isn’t going to hurt because of this review and my review isn’t about Taco Bell in general but this location which is staffed by some of the worst kinds of folks. I live nearby so day or night this Taco Bell has been tried. It’s horrendous at all hours. Unfortunately I can’t ban a restaurant from delivering to me and it automatically sets this location for me no matter when I order. It must be a prerequisite to be awful at every aspect of doing the job to work here. Hopefully I’ve saved some of y’all some money.

This place had no line, 4 employees outside smoking pot ( which the smell was horrible)and took us 20 minutes to get our small order! This was at 1130pm. Absolutely nuts that employees are allowed to all be outside smoking at the same time and nobody cared about a customer.

Ordering food inside at a fast-food restaurant should not be a complicated process, especially at nearly 2 p.m.
When I walked in, there were only a few customers and they already had their food so I was the only one at the counter, staff included.
After standing there for nearly 5 minutes, the person working the drive-thru finally noticed me then asked, very quietly, if I’d already ordered. I stated I had not. She told me I had to use the kiosks behind me to order. Why the bloody heck are there two registers at the counter if they aren’t going to be used?
So I took two steps to the kiosks, placed my order – which requires electronic or plastic payments only (so much for paying with cash) – and turned around and waited for my name to be called.
At least they got my order correct.

So slow every time, but they outdid themselves today. I ordered the new street chalupas through a mobile order and waited 10 minutes at the window. I was the only car in the drive-through also. I’d understand if they were out of steak, I would have taken chicken. But this is unacceptable not even close to a scoop of steak on either of them, like 4 tiny chunks. I paid $6 for bread basically. Not to mention there is supposed to be cilantro on there. I’ve given this location multiple chances but every single time there is an issue, never again.

I love Taco Bell since I was a teenager in the 90’s, some menu items taste different, I miss the Nacho Belle Grande! I even worked for the company before and I enjoyed that too!

I walk in I head to the restroom and I knock on the door someone is in there. It turns out it’s an employee on her phone. They use the restroom for their break area so customers can’t use it if they come in. The floors are greasy or oily and very slick. The bathroom had one sheet of tissue left on the roll and the faucet still runs even after you shut off the water. I had to wait about 30 minutes for my food even though I was literally the only customer in the store. I had to ask if they even received my order because it took so long to make. Also the drink station was filthy.. a clean up is well over due.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. I placed a mobile order at 12:30 and was waiting in the lobby for 45 min for my order. There were a few of us waiting 30+ minutes for our mobile orders. The staff didn’t seem to have any motivation. The kitchen staff would come and ring customers up and then go back to making good with the same gloves on. All around a terrible location.
