I pre ordered my food for drive thru pickup the line was long so I came in wanting to pick it up and the nice lady came over and checked me in and kept checking on me to make sure I knew my food was coming and also offered me a drink ❤️ I got my food it was fresh hot and what I paid for the quality was AMAZING im not a fast food girly but when I needed something quick Taco Bell on 15 & Fraser went beyond there job description and the lady in the kitchen (seemed like the manager) had OUTSTANDING communication with her staff on what she needed etc… not yelling or anything this location literally blew my mind and this is the night shift so after 9pm .

Sarah amd Meg working the drive thru despite there manager being mean to them(I’m saying that not them)they both demonstrated great customer service still and both of them remained having a great positive attitude despite there manager being mean an unfair to them so they both deserve this recognition God bless them and whenever you see them or hear their names know that you’re getting great customer service. They deserve a promotion.

I’m only giving it one star because 0 stars was not an option. Placed a mobile order & went in-store to pick our food up; we were told no drinks were available and offered bottled water. This part was ok and understandable to an extent- most likely neglect of the equipment by the owner of the establishment. Fast forward, get home and open our food— Image speaks for itself. You may (possibly) want to consider who you hire to work in an establishment where cleanliness and customer service should be your top priority.

I’m only giving 1 star because 0 was not an option. I try my luck at this Taco Bell often as it’s one of the few places open by the time I get off work. Usually I’m ready to be disappointed and just hope for the best, but tonight I have decided I will never give this establishment another penny. I ordered a quesadilla (which is already overpriced at $5.49) paid $1 for a cup of sour cream and $1 for a cup of avocado ranch. I get home and realize that I have a raw tortilla with shredded cheese, which is ice cold to the touch. I call to ask if the quesadillas are premade and refrigerated (because I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt) and the employee then tells me that their equipment is broken and there is nothing that they could do about it. I told him that they should warn customers that they cannot make quesadillas and he said, “the problem is we would have to tell every customer,” truly a pathetic response. I am now out of $7.49 because an employee decided it was too difficult to tell me my food couldn’t be prepared properly. After countless horrible experiences at this establishment I will not be returning or giving them the money I work hard to make.

I never right reviews but my experience here was so bad I decided to write my first one. I came to this location at 7:58pm and was the only car in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for my food. I did not receive my food until 8:24. Once I finally receive my food the lady tells me my total and I told her I already paid, she went back and fourth with me saying the payment didn’t go through and I needed to pay again, I showed proof that the money was taken out of my bank account over 20 minutes ago but she still insisted I pay again. She eventually apologized and told me she made a mistake and let me leave with the food. Literally the only customer in the parking lot and this turned into a 30 minute ordeal. Then I get back to work to eat my food and the whole order is wrong. Asked for fire sauce, there’s only mild sauce. Ordered a beef chalupa with no tomatoes and received a chicken chalupa with everything on it, payed for a side cup of cheese sauce that I did not receive and payed for a Doritos taco plain but received a regular crunchy taco supreme.

I just left there. The guy who helped me was grumpy. Told me they didn’t have steak quesadillas which I know they do because I ordered them all the time. And he gave me attitude. Food was absolutely freezing cold and I got a couple tacos and there was barely any meat on the taco all lettuce and cheese. This place is absolutely sucks. I will not be coming here anymore. I will be choosing a different location.
