This location gave the best TBell experience I’ve ever had. We ordered 3 items right around midnight and by the time we paid at the window, the food was ready. The lettuce was cold and crisp, the beans, potatoes and meat were the perfect temperature. I couldn’t be more impressed with everything. Great job workers.

I know fast food becomes not so fast when you customize your order at the kiosk, but what a great way to make your meal a little more healthy! I got the carnival bowl and once my order was placed the food came out fast and hot. The staff was super pleasant!

Always had a great experience here. Food is always hot and fresh. Drive thru staff is always friendly. They dont skimp out on the meat, lettuce, and cheese on tacos like some other locations do. Its always my first choice for something quick when I work by I65.

Great service, this has become one of my go to spots for a quick bite. Inside is all kiosk operated, but I mainly use the drive thru. Haven’t had an issue with wrong food and it’s always hot and quick.

We were just in this Taco Bell and ordered from inside only to find out they take care of all of the drive-thru cars before they take care of any in store orders we waited over 20 minutes watching car after car go by and our dinner was not started so not only do you have to order from a kiosk you have to wait for the drive-thru to be completely clear if you want to try to eat inside

Nothing like someone painting over where food is prepared to ruin your Friday. Threw my food away and will not be returning to my road trip stop. Staff just watched and didn’t say anything or throw out food.

So cold in there, I could literally see my breath. I also waited 15 minutes for somebody to actually come up there to the counter so I could pay with cash. After I paid, I waited another 15 minutes just for my food, which wasn’t a big order. People weren’t friendly, service is never good there. I won’t be going back, and I don’t recommend coming here if you want to wait 30 minutes just for some tacos.

I did not eat here. No one is there to take your order. You have to order from a computer screen. How can a blind man place an order? They cant! So if you have any disability that dont want your business. I will not be going back to any taco bell till they change there ways.

I’m an over the road semi truck driver so I can’t bring the truck through the drive thru. They refused me service as a pedestrian and closed the lobby, I bobtailed into the drive thru and they still refused me service. I drove an hour and a half to get here and they discriminate against truck drivers. I will be calling corporate.
