Finally broke down and decided to come back after a few months of not going to this Taco Bell establishment after my last experience and now, this is my final time. Why?
Like the last time a few months ago, they didn’t get my order in until 10-20 minutes later so I had to wait another 10-20 minutes, making it 20-40 minutes in total. Now I’ll give them credit for one thing, at least they’re not stupid when getting my order right and exactly how I want everything done but where do they fail the most? Being punctual is the answer. Not the mention, the employees act like they have better things to do and usually hide out in the back. I get that no one wants to work but damn, at least tend to your paying customers that just want their food fast and go home to unwind after a long day. Will I come back after this? Absolutely not. This is the final time this Taco Bell establishment will not be earning my visitation. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location ends up being shut down in the next year or two. As much as I love Taco Bell, this establishment has seen the last of me. Good-bye and good riddance.

Wasted over $12 on 4 caramel apple empanadas. Mini taco salads not made correctly and didn’t have lettuce on them, WTH it’s a salad. Will never patronize this restaurant again!

No issues with anyone working here. Everyone always seems pretty cool. I have to ask though what the management is doing, and why they don’t seem to ever be fully staffed in the evenings. I believe this trip in there is only one poor guy working.

I placed a mobile order and it took 1 hour for my food to come out while people in the drive through got their food consistently in less than 15 minutes. This is pitiful and needs to be fixed. If you say that you can “skip the line” with mobile orders then it’s gotta happen.

Went to drive thru. After ordering it took 45 minutes to get to the window to pick up order(couldn’t just leave, the way it’s set up don’t allow you to). When we did finally get our order, it was wrong. Ordered 12 soft tacos no lettuce(even says that on the ticket) guess what ALL had lettuce. Will never go back to this location again. Do better!!!

This is the second time in two weeks i have gone to taco bell on US 231 and have gotten the worst display of food I have ever experienced. Couldnt attach, but have numerous photos of regular soft shell tacos with a teaspoon of meat, 3-4 lettuce strips and a couple pieces of shredded cheese. Ordered 2 hard shell taco supremes and there were no tomatoes and sour cream, but of course i was charged for it. Also ordered a steak cheesy gordita crunch that had maybe 5 little chunks of steak and no cheese on the outside. Asked for the avocado verde salse that they charge for and didnt get it. I am not one to give bad reviews, but after two absolutely atrocious visits, I have no choice but to say something. This was horribly disappointing and there is no shot I will ever go back. Just absolutely ridiculous of the people making the food to even remotely think what they are sending out to their customers is satisfactory. Just a complete disgrace and unacceptable.

Taco bell is not really Mexican food. But it is one of my favorites! My favorite is the Nachos Bell Grande. They serve it with all the fixings and ground beef, steak or chicken.
