Got food at this location at 1:30am on a Friday night. The store seemingly only had one lady working. She tried her best but there’s only so much one person can do. After ordering at the drive through she had me pull around to the front side of the building and park alongside a few other vehicles waiting for their food, while she seemingly prepared it and ran it outside on her own while still somehow working the drive through at the same time. The car next to me never got their drinks and my order was messed up after waiting a while for it. I respect her for her effort however this was an awful experience.

I ordered food through the Taco Bell app for delivery. An hour later my food still wasn’t here so I reached out to the driver who informed me that he just accepted the order. 8 then called this store to ensure that my food would be hot (like I said, my order was put in a whole hour prior) and so.e lady manager told me that they already gave my food to a dasher and if I had a problem I had to contact door dash. Well, wouldn’t you know door dash couldn’t help me. Why: BECAUSE I ORDERED DIRECT FROM THE APP! Someone stole my food before I received it and the night time lady manager insisted that I would not get my food unless I paid for it again and would not listen to me when I said I couldn’t receive support from Door Dash because I ordered through the Taco Bell app. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s not my fault they gave my food to the wrong person. I even offered to drive up there myself to get the food and they refused. So now someone has my food and Taco Bell stole my money. I’m without dinner and their is no accountability! Beware!

I don’t think this Taco Bell even deserves one star I spent $50 almost on my order I got barely any meat in the locos tacos the shells for my soft tacos were slimy and the food was ice cold. Do better people do better

Late at night and looked like something shady going on behind the building by the drive thru with one of the employees. The food was inconsistent and sloppily assembled. I will be calling in to report our experience. I mean how difficult is it really to get this stuff correct? The female that was at the drive thru window was very nice.

I ordered a cantina bowl for my wife, the rice was not cooked so she opted out of eating it. I ordered a Mexican Pizza it was smashed beyond recognition I continued to eat it and threw it up after I pulled a long hair out of it. I called and spoke with Jessica the manager she told me she could replace those items, but I have a better idea I’d rather have my money back so since that isn’t happening I’ll just NEVER eat there again Taco Casita for me only. I’m not particular, I guess I just expected the food to be made correctly without Hair maybe pets should be worn. I’ve worked in food service for most of my life anytime I’m around food. I either have a hat on or I have a hairnet sometimes a lot of ponytails in there. The Board of Health may want to check that place out.

I order my food on the app, waited for the 1 vehicle in front of me for 8min… then at the speaker for 12 mins b4 someone got back with me and told me to plz be patient she was the only 1 cooking… 5 mins later I was able to tell her when she came back on that I was an online order.. we get to window and there are at least 3 people working… like what the heck did I get lied to or are the other workers not making food and waited another 10 mins just to get my order. having a customer wait 35 mins to get there food when there was only 1 other vehicle ahead of me… I spent over $50 and this is absolutely crazy to me !! Terrible service.. I will say the lady that was at the window did apologize over and over and was polite… at least food was correct this time, I’m just so over poor service there!!!

This location embodies Terre Haute well: truly exceptional for how mid it is! Visited the area for the first time in a few years, only to find that the rice is STILL always undercooked and hard, preparation is still sloppy and low-proportioned, and God forbid they include even a single napkin in a drive-thru order.

Made my food wrong like 4 times. One of the workers was very rude and made my sister cry. There was no warning for the hot food and got burnt. They had to make three different nachos two different fiesta potatoes
