My daughter is in the hospital, and to take a break from hospital food I stopped to get us some Taco Bell. They didn’t put the only thing my daughter wanted in the bag which was cinnamon twist. They didn’t even grill either of the burritos and didn’t grill the cheesy roll ups. I’d rather have more packets that one or two, but they put around 50 packets of sauce in our bag.

The last few times I’ve been in this Taco Bell the wait has been ridiculous. The staff has no sense of urgency and the person they all consider the “manager” literally stays out of sight. As a store manager of a retail chain, it is my job to step in and do every job, to ensure my store was efficiently and my customers are happy. If management sits in their office they’re not leading by a good example and their staff will follow suit. I truly avoid this establishment at all cost. Get some good staff and pay them well to keep the ones that work. I’m hoping someone steps up at some point, it’s pathetic.

If it wasn’t for the fact I have to put one star I wouldn’t give them any stars. The night crew is just ridiculous. I order there with doordash and they always end up canceling my order because they “can’t fulfill my order”. It happened the first couple of times sure, but every time I try to order from there they always end up canceling my order for the same reason. All I order is beef tacos so you mean to tell me all those times you don’t have beef. Please do more about your night crew.

Horrible experience here. Ordered ahead (said 5 min wait online) before even driving there. Got there and was told it would be at least 30 minutes. Manager refused to cancel my order or give my money back. They said they “couldn’t” and got rude with me before even coming to the counter to talk with me. When he came to the counter the first thing he said to me was “You ain’t special, you’re not getting a refund”. Waited well over 30 minutes and still never got my food or money. Had to walk out without either. Obviously I was livid. This is supposed to be fast food. It’s not a sit down fancy restaurant. Will never go back and will be contacting the franchise owner.

The team the night of July 5th 2023 (10pm) was great. They had the odds stacked against them and they kept calm and collected, kept there heads down getting orders out, but their attention and awareness up taking care of people as they came in the store. Kept communication amongst themselves as well as the guests in their lobby. They were simple fantastic. Also, the order came out hot, fresh, and everything was correct.

Overall an okay experience, but the service was not great. It took a long time before someone decided to come up and take my order. The kitchen, being in eyesight, was a mess. There was food and condiments all over the counters and floors. The order was also incorrect.

Will not order at the kiosk again. If you are paying with cash your order does not show on their screen to make until you pay at the register. Problem with that is I stood for 19 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my cash. They were filling all drive thru orders first. Paid cash and still had to wait another 10 minutes. 30 minutes for a taco is ridiculous.

Worst service and Management in town. If you want someone to prioritize their cell phone and hair color over customer service and you like waiting over an hour for your food so they can just lose your order and everyone elses in the lobby this is your place! They want to complain and say they only have four people while they sit in the lobby and eat and screw off on their phones while people are waiting for their food. In high school I seen this place operated with three people all the time no problem.. what a joke

Worst place ever they are rude! They act like you are a burden to them. I am sorry but your job is to take care if customers first then clean then do prep. We can obviously tell you don’t clean so what’s the problem. You never know if the lobby is gonna be open either. Need a new night crew!
