We were a group of 5, so yes big order. Heard the staff talking about it the entire time we waited for our food. Most of the food was ok, but I received the thinnest crunch wrap supreme ever, along with cold nacho fries. Very disappointed. It was also supposed to be done in and they put it in a to go bag. I took pictures but see no where to post them.

i have ordered it in the app so there is no mistake but all the orders that I got every one of them had a mistake in it. first of all, three Mexican pizza had a steel tortillas shell in it then the taco supreme that I had number 8 combo. they were all just lettuce and cheese. they were supposed to be supreme but none of them are supreme. it is ridiculous that I had to pay 90 bucks for the food and none of them gets it right. I cant believe there service. We had a two large Pepsi and we didn’t even get that either

Went too this location well before they were suppose to close they close at 3 am as is says on the website I’m not one to complain I work in fast food too, I went to order they had “nothing” but crunchy tacos and there is no way there whole store is out of all product they must have throw away all of there food and turned machines off I asked for a slushy told me there machines where off unacceptable you take orders and stay open till your store is closed peridot.

The time I went in the evening was all younger people working & no one ever acknowledged me waiting so I had to do kiosk ordering which is I think, card only?!
My quesadilla was flat and primarily just the sauce they put in it or whatever. Long wait. Messy environment, but it’s TB.

My daughter is in the hospital, and to take a break from hospital food I stopped to get us some Taco Bell. They didn’t put the only thing my daughter wanted in the bag which was cinnamon twist. They didn’t even grill either of the burritos and didn’t grill the cheesy roll ups. I’d rather have more packets that one or two, but they put around 50 packets of sauce in our bag.

I know Taco Bell is fast food and not fine dining, but this location is just awful. We have never gotten our food quickly, and it’s always wrong in some way or another.
The worst instance happened this evening. My husband submitted a mobile order for in store pick up on the app. I went to go pick it up and the door was locked. I called them, and they were only doing drive through. They told me I could wait or call and cancel through the number on the app. Considering the line was wrapped around the building and at a stand still, I attempted to call. There was no number to be found on the app. I called them back to see if they could provide a customer service number. I was told they had no phone numbers and to try Googling it.
I could not find anything, and since we had already paid for dinner for our whole family, I proceeded to get in line. I literally sat in their line for an hour. AN HOUR. AT TACO BELL. Once I got my food, I had to remind them that I had ordered drinks. I then checked that everything was there and felt warm (the app said it had been made a long time before I made it to the window). When I got home to eat, I opened my grilled cheese burrito, and this is how it looked. Ridiculous.
I completely understand that they were short staffed. Everyone is short staffed right now. However, we did exactly what we should have done for a quick and easy experience. We ordered ahead, paid ahead, and it was made. All they had to do was bring it to me at the door and they refused. So instead, I waited for an hour, wasting my time, and received lukewarm, haphazardly prepared food. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and eaten quicker than this. I have all the patience and understanding for being short staffed, but getting one order out every 7-10 minutes at Taco Bell is absolutely absurd.

Today, when I ordered my food, I was surprised by an actual what I expected meal. the tacos were full, not skimped I hope whoever they have making tacos stays making them I believe her name was Lacey. Taco Bell needs to pay close attention to this one. She’s good. That’s a two dollar chipotle chicken. Burrito Hell yea. That’s plump and heavy.

I orederd the mexican pizza combo $10 and the whole meal was disgusting especially the mexican pizza shell..it smelled awful and was so musty tasting i couldnt even finish it..plus there was hardly nothIn to it or the tacos .u think if customers has to pay $10 for a..meal it at least should be fresh…i wamt a.refund or a free order of somethimg diffrent…but now im just about sick of dealing with companies like this becaise u have rude workers and screwed up orders and over charged prices for the trash they call food…taco bell is goin down the tubes!!!

I know we went late but come on when you spend 10 bucks for a chicken quesadilla that has no chicken in it and a taco it’s aggravating. Encourage you to avoid this Taco Bell they don’t seem to address any complaints or take customers seriously
