DO NOT eat here on a Friday if you get any shell or dessert they’ve fried. I ordered a #9 Mexican pizza meal. Tacos were fine. The pizza made me sick. I ate one bite, and a sample separately to see what the chemical taste was I was tasting. It was the shell. It was horrendous. It tasted like chemical. I called and she said they were made right before they are required to change the oil. I insisted she taste one. She did agree that there was a slight old oil taste. Honey, it was more than a slight taste. It has made my stomach upset, and I can’t get the old nasty perfume like taste out of my mouth(it’s been over 30 min).

We came theu drive thru and they messed the order up. I called they took my name and number and said I could return at my convenience to get replacement order. It’s been 2 months and I called to verify they still had my info. They said no and they couldn’t honor it because it was over a month. I came thru drive thru and placed the order and once again they made it wrong. I went into the store and told them, they gave me the correxted part of my order and said nothing. No apology No even a thank you!

Went through Drive thru ordered 2 steak Chalupa Supremes which were $10 when I got home and un-wrapped them they were super cold and the Chalupa shells that were supposed to be soft and airy were hard as rocks! I went all the way back to Taco Bell went inside (I am disabled which is why I usually go through the drive thru!) And there was another lady in front of me complaining about the same exact thing about her Chalupa shells and other items in her order. At first the girl who was auctually the same girl who took my money at the drive thru just 5 mins prior was trying to “Grill me” as too how long ago I was there?? It was literally 5-6 mins prior. Then she went back and re-made my Chalupas and gave me a coupon for a free Taco for a return visit! I would not had even bothered going back in IF these 2 items were $10! But it was the only items I ordered and it was for my supper.

This place is worse than the Newburgh McDonald’s they forgot half our order. The whole reason I had it delivered was because I had been at work all day long and didn’t want to get the kids back out. But had to get out anyways to go get the rest of our order now I’m out 15 dollars because nobody there can do their job right. Also the rudest people rolled her eyes when I came there to pick the rest of it up and had an attitude about it. I do not recommend the boonville Taco Bell go to Newburgh

This has got to be the worst taco bell! They never have what they need (maybe not their fault) but the fact that orders are mostly inaccurate,staff is rude and they are rarely open on time. Today we went to get breakfast it was 7:50am I knew they were not open was going to just wait in the parking lot a man yelled and said they were not open yet. They were outside smoking. We go back at 8:30am sit in the drive through a woman opens the back door and says it’s going to be at least another hour and threw her hands up. I don’t know for sure what the delay was but they were both outside smoking at 7:50 and at 8:30 they were both sitting in the corner table in the lobby.
