The food quality has gone downhill big time. Just got two hard shell tacos and they were both broken. You couldn’t hold onto it without it just falling apart and going everywhere. The employees there are also always outside smoking and vaping any chance they get rather than to clean between orders and I know they aren’t on break because you can just tell. It’s almost a free for all there anymore too. They should be trained on how to do everything properly and I know they weren’t because it’s a dead giveaway that they haven’t been. I know that they don’t really care about their jobs. They just show up for a paycheck.

This was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla. You should at least get what you pay for over $4 for this. We got two of these and there were the same. You need to train your people better or stop being cheap because I’m not sure if they were told to do it this way. We ordered on a kiosk (no workers in site). The employees did not read our order right and messed it up, several items a couple of times. When we finally got our food it was nothing special. There was rap music playing overhead that was definitely not family/kid appropriate, and the staff have a don’t care attitude unless it comes to their smoke breaks. Worst taco bell around! Management needs to re-evaluate the staff and get rid of some!
