The person at the speaker was incredibly rude. They were supposed to be open at 9 am and we had placed a mobile order already (our order was placed at 10:50) . When we pulled up the restaurant, the person rudely stated “we’re not open yet”. When asked when they would be open, the reply was “when I get some workers”. While I can sympathize with this, the mobile ordering should have been turned off and the person should have been friendlier.

Come on. The girl working was nice, had me pull forward and wait 10 minutes or so for my food. That’s long for Taco Bell and she apologized. But the order was completely wrong, not even close, and cold? My 16 dollar order was likely given to another car in exchange for 2 cold tacos and some terrible chicken thing.

This is the very first time that I had gone to Taco Bell after it was Remodeld because, for one, I don’t go to this side of town very often, but I was craving some of the stuff on their menu, so I decided to go inside and get something to eat. I stood in front of the place for about five minutes before a lady up in front told me to use the screen up in front since I don’t think that they take front orders anymore; I don’t know if I liked that because for one that means I have to do all the work, but I won’t be one of those angry older people who complain about literally every single thing. I had chosen what I wanted to eat, and while waiting, I decided to use the restroom with a considerable upgrade. I loved the lobby of the bundling because it looked so much nicer than it used to be when I was here. Soon after, my food was called out, and I grabbed it and ate it in the car. I loved the soft shell taco since I didn’t eat Hardshell tacos because they crumbled and ate, which was pretty good.

Love taco bell but this was a rough visit. No one up front so everyone ordered through the kiosk. Orders were taking 20 mins and as I stood there most orders were wrong for one reason or another. There was no one up front to ask for assistance. Felt bad for the workers but none of them would make eye contact with anyone in the lobby.

9 dollar box was ok, the burrito was a little spicy, which we did not like. The chalupa was excellent.

Went through the drive thru late at night with a friend. There wasn’t a word even said to us when he took my money, or even gave me my order. Then, I asked for a second straw, and he said “it’s already in the bag.” In a rude tone, and then slammed the window. I understand it was late, I also understand having “off days” but, he was just rude.

This Taco Bell is hit or miss on food, service, and whether or not they are open/taking orders.
Tonight, I pulled into the parking lot, several cars in parking spaces, drive thru had 3 cars in line, I thought to myself, wow, they are busy.
I got in line to order, they had taken the order of the car in front of me, there was a woman who tried to open the inside door with a bag of food in her hand but the door was locked. They frequently lock the lobby doors while customers are still there or may have an issue with missing items that they paid for.
When I pulled up to order, they came over the drive thru speaker and said they weren’t taking any more orders. A lady could be heard yelling other workers to “just put it in a bag!” There was a car behind us, so I could not go forward or reverse. They continued to tell us over the speaker they were not taking any more orders. I eventually was able to reverse out of the drive thru along with others and go somewhere else.
During the rare occasions my food and service is high quality, I always take the time to leave a good review on their website, email, or call in to mention team members’ names if I can.
P.S. Taco Bell, get rid of those awful quesadilla wrappers. They stick to the tortilla and I have to peel the wrapper off my food.

Tacos and burritos will have empty pockets inside with very little substance to them. Recieved multiple drinks (mango refreshers) that were entirely water. Wait is very very long.

Very hit or miss. But it’s the only place that’s open after like 9 or 10, so it’s the only option if you work nights. Unfortunately, they still close hours early like half the time.
Update: I haven’t had a correct order from this place in months. And they’re increasingly rude. There are a couple kind ones but they’re dwindling.

Place sucks. I’ve come here four times within two months and I’m always disappointed. There’s NEVER cheese on the tacos. They never have nacho fries. The employees were screaming at each other. They’ll curse loudly and say how much they hate it here. My taco shells tasted old. The wait is always bad. Average wait is 30-40 min and that’s with about 2 other orders. They’re usually not busy and you always wait forever. The employees have brought their children in before and they’ll run in and out of the kitchen so food he probably has been touched by kids.
In summary don’t come here. Any taco bell is better than this one.
