Great Taco Bell location in Ferdinand, Indiana. The food here was exactly what you want at Taco Bell. The workers here were very nice and professional. They keep this restaurant very clean. It is easy to find using Google Maps and is just north of Interstate 64. There is plenty of free parking in their large parking lot.

Staff were very rude burrito was busted and sloppy made with sauce all over it so I asked to have remade didn’t say a word they remade it and gave me the new one (a lot better this time) I said thank you twice and know the lady heard me but wouldn’t respond. Better off going to Mickey D’s. Not to mention trash over flowing from the cans.

This one still has a human to take your order, if you ask. I know the screens are due to the pool of applicants being wanting at best. However customer service shouldn’t suffer at the cost of blue hair. Just set standards.

Ok this Taco Bell is brand new, newly built. The staff is what seems to be the problem at this location. I ordered a chicken soft taco and a three layer nacho. As you can see from my pictures, wow! My three layer nachos weren’t even entirely covered and the refried beans were just plopped out with an ice cream scoop in one big clump. Still edible… But very carefree in there making it. That chicken soft taco on the other hand not edible! The shredded chicken inside was hard! I mean extremely hard! Like it was the crusted old leftover chicken sitting in the bottom of an empty metal container! It was disgusting! I took it back and they replaced it free of charge of course, and the new one looked perfect. Not sure why they didn’t just do it the first time. Hoping I wouldn’t look inside maybe? Seems lazy. They were completely fully staffed also. I will say though that the cashier upfront was nice and and friendly. Or you don’t get any Taco Bell’s.

Oh my, we went to the one in Ferdinand Indiana on the 17th. we waited an hour and twenty minutes. There was about 5 other customers in the store ahead of us. 4 workers. After we were there about a hour and ten minutes three other workers clocked in. The young teenage boy walked up to us, asked how long we had been waiting, we told him then he said he was going to check our order for us. He did. The lady said our order was like 4 pages back, even though we had been there that long already. I was so frustrated. I love Taco Bell I just hate the work ethic most employees have there. They were in no hurry at all, Didn’t even act like they had customers in the store. Not one single employee acknowledged anyone in the lobby. We got refunded and went to Wendy’s.

All in all, a good place to eat. Its clean with the exception of a couple dirty tables when almost no one was sitting in the actual restaurant. Staff was polite and patient and there were no mix-ups with my order. Would I eat here again – short answer is yes.
