Out of ice in the dining area , out of mild sauce packets , I had the Mexican pizza an soft tacos . The food was decent . Dining room smelled bad and wasn’t very clean . Also had a huge water leak or something bc water was standing under the counter an out into the dining area. Staff doing great though , friendly an maybe just under staffed .

Maybe im a little byest being a former kmack manager but as far as the friendlyness and professionalisem of the staff definitly spot on but between quility of the food and store hygeen definitly not empressed the food tasts like food safty is not being done since products tast spoiled the beritos are sloppy and look crushed orders are not exactly fallowed with spacific instructions ie no vegsibles and store clenlyness i mean come on guys a dirty dinning room and descuting restrooms now i worked with most these guys and there great people but standerds need to be put higer by just a tad

The food was actually the best I have EVER had from here!! Sometimes it’s hit or miss. The reason I only gave 4 stars was solely due to staff. They are so rude. So short with you, make you feel rushed. And in return, I forget stuff. They put our entire order in 1 BAG! Placed an entire party pack order of tacos on my husband’s taco pizza, so the toppings were stuck to be top. I ordered a new cravings box and my fries were so soggy I could not eat them. Super bummed about that! But if customer service isn’t want you “want” or ” like,” maybe consider something else. Because being rude when someone asks for no onion on something when it doesn’t come with it to begin with, was not and does nott justify your attitude and getting snippy. K. Thanks.

Ordered. Paid. People behind us ordered and the manager gave them 50% off all because they were related to the cashier (they didn’t work there at all-even they were shocked they got 50% off). Not ok. Manager answered phone very unprofessional. Come to find out it was an employee in the bathroom needing them to bring them toilet paper. They was not discreet about it at all. Only true professional employee was the very put together girl with purple hair (she was beautifully black) who made our order. She should’ve been the manager. She was very organized and very kind and done her job while the others goofed off.

Went here on 10-2-22 @ 7 pm. One car in drive thru 3 in parking lot. Pulled up to order drive thru young man said 15-20 min. Ok that’s alright, then lady I’m assuming was manager came on said 25-3[0minutes and card only! Ummmm why???!! I am a assistant manager at Bob Evans I totally understand with 15-20 cuz of help. But I am totally not understanding 25-30 and card only at a very slow time!!¡ I am very disappointed with this and may not be back for a very long time! Get it together Taco Bell!!!
