No service. Had to ask about our order 20 minutes after it said would be ready. Asked for manager. No apologies just we’ve got 5 pages of orders, but others were coming and going with food. Yes, we ordered ahead. Good thing we did, no one taking orders at the front. Food was skimpy and lackluster. Won’t be back.

its 2 in the morning, no other cars in the drive thru, there should be no reason my food looks like this (there were 3 soft tacos that look this). and if you call to let them know that your food was messed up, they’ll hang up because they don’t want to actually do their job. i try to give fast food workers a little leeway but when i try to get food after MY 10 hour shift and someone else doesn’t want to do THEIR job, it’s a bit ridiculous. we’re all tired, we all don’t want to work. grow up or get a job where you don’t have to work with people if you can’t handle it.

Food was decent service was trash! From the pushy AI to the rude cashier (Jasmin K) from what our receipt says.
I’m not sure which was worse her facial expressions or her rude attitude. We were simply checking our bag to make sure our food was correct and that we received the sauces we asked for. She asked us to move in the most unkindly manner and let’s not talk about that face of hers !!
