Whoever was in charge of taking orders, was extremely rude from the start. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she was still rude. Another crewmember politely had of me my food and apologized when she snaps back at me because I told the polite one to tell her that I hope that she has a better day she said, and I quote.” Ma’am no one is having a bad day” and she told the young lady to close the window on me.. considering that I did absolutely nothing wrong. I went back in there and ask for a refund I was then gaslighted and accused of being the aggressor because according to the shift manager, he thought that she was doing her job trying to handle the orders and told me that it would be easier if “I just took the food they said thank you have a good day I went home and then everybody was happy.” I understand working at a fast food restaurant can be stressful especially if you have 1 million things going on in your life but what I do hope is that they understand that they are not better than the ones that are keeping them paid. Humility is needed here I will be speaking with a general manager and with corporate.. speaking of general manager, when I called, they told me they weren’t allowed to give out the name which is fine, but try to rush me off the phone. All of you are grown. You can do what you want but I would prefer for you to go to a different location that will treat you like a human being. To be honest, it’s not so much of the woman being rude anymore. It’s the gaslighting that I experienced from the shift manager. This happened in front of my children and the kind young lady was spotted by my son apologizing behind the shift manager. I wish I knew her name because I would tell her to go find somewhere else where her energy would be welcome because she does not need to be surrounded by trash, human beings like that.

Today when I went to this taco bell the atmosphere right before rush hour was amazing. We were the only ones in the restaurant for 20 mins. Well the thing is when it’s that quiet in the dining room, you can hear people talking clearly because it’s half open counter. We could hear them preparing for rush but having some light conversation. The load are 6 supreme tacos perfectly too. Perfect lunch while shopping at the mall.

I was very satisfied with my experience today in the middle of lunch rush hours. It was surprisingly quick for the time of day it was. I didn’t have a chance to put my card an receipt down in the cup holder and they were already handing my food to me out the window. I highly recommend this establishment for the ones that are needing quality food in a quick amount of time. This is your go to spot for sure!

Taco Bell is normally always open if your a late eater. They have really good crunchy tacos if you get them with just meat, xtra cheese, and make it supreme if you like that. And those cinnabons right now, yum!! Recommended for sure!

You wad up my food and when my husband ask for a refund you tell him to leave or yall call the cops. No if you change something cool like if the sleeves are no more I get it but if I order food from you atleast try and make it my money’s worth.
