The cashier was friendly that was it. Waited longer than I should have for some unknown reason why customers behind me got their food. When I did get my food it was way to greasy and way to much cheese. It’s nearly impossible to find a good Taco Bell anymore.

They went above & beyond trying to fix the carbon on the Big Red the evening I came through drive thru. Even offering to give me a new drink of my choice. Despite the mishap of the Big Red, the food was fresh & made to order. A few days later, I stopped by for a drink & the carbon had been fixed. The Big Red was perfect!

Very nice location. Modern and very clean. Professional, courteous, and respectful staff. What gave them 5 stars was a young woman, named Ilene, who was literally scrubbing the walls and other surfaces in the dining area. She said she likes to keep the place clean and looking nice for her customers. I have never seen that level of initiative. Way to go Ilene!

When a customer comes at night and he is very tired and broken and looking for something to eat and this is your location for truck drivers. Second time I’ve stopped here and been rudely talked to. This place does not understand customer service on this visit I ordered it to go combo. They served it to me for Dine inn and I told him it was to go so the food prepper grabbed a lid, pitched it over on the tray, grabbed a bag, pitched it over. didn’t package it didn’t say sorry I had to do it myself. Will not be back at this Taco Bell again.

I ordered a nacho bell grande and got barley any toppings off and then they preceded to make us wait in the drive way for 30-35 minutes and so we called and the girl was extremely rude!!! She also told us just to come back tomorrow if we are going to keep asking WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! Also the new one which is on the right was after 30 minutes of them arguing and being rude about it!!!

Showed up at 1am after driving for hours and was greated with open arms. The cashier Faith was a complete delight with the cutest sweater. Food was so fresh and crisp, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t even leave a photo of the food cause it was devoured quickly. 10/10.

Well was at the lobby door trying to get in at 1:50 am today and with all the employees outside smoking was told it was closed when the sigh on the door clearly posted said 2 a.m. I ask about it and said there was still 10 min and I was I informed that I I wanted to walk around the store I could walk up to drive thru and order ok so I did and as I am waiting for my order a car pulled in drive thru ok then another person come in took over and was very rude ripped the drive window open and acted like it was my fault i was standing there and very rude was then instructed to walk back around the the other side of the building extremely rudely from this guy if I wanted to receive my food so I did waited the rest I’d the time it took for them to make my food and again the guy was very rude handing me my food! Well it don’t work like that I too work In Fast food and if these were my employees the rude gentleman that came to the windows would not have a job no more and the other ones need new management as well as this restraunt shift needs néw managment also better check into it taco bell fix it or I won’t be back promise that!!!!!!!! Not a good experience at all i.m very unhappy!!!!!!!!! I would post a pics of the times posted clearly on the door and my receipt also If I could but it won’t let me so I don’t recommend this store at all the restraunt number is #035899 order number #505 5/23/25 at 1:57 a.m.
