I ordered through their app & went through the drive-thru. My food was fresh & as expected. The crunchy taco shell was fresh for being 10:30 at night, as was my chalupa shell. My chalupa was free because of the rewards, which are easy to earn by placing orders in the app or scanning receipts. It would be nice if the app had a place to leave a note for the store. Our stores in town carry Big Red & it’s not available on the app, which is understandable, but it would be nice to he able to ask to swap out a Pepsi for a Big Red. I think it would make it easier to order. Or even just leaving a note of encouragement for the crew preparing our food to make them feel good!

When my brother and I ordered Taco Bell within the restaurant, our order took 30 minutes instead of a short amount of time. From our perspective, it looked like the drive through customers were always being prioritized first. I submit this review in the simple hope that management will see this, and create better overarching procedures accordingly. Orders should be completed in the order that they were submitted. The workers seemed to simply be following orders, and I’m doubtful any of this was their fault. They mentioned they were understaffed as well so that could have been part of the problem. As a result, I’ll be airing towards going through drive throughs more, if in a hurry.

Taco Bell is universally cheaper everywhere. Except for Seymour Indiana of all places. The owner of this specific location has upped the prices on literally everything, especially the cravings box. You know who you are owner. Shaaaaame.

8/15/25: late night stop. Service was slow, but my food modifications were all 100% on point! The food isn’t going up blow your socks off or anything, but it’s warm, they follow modifications, and the purple drinks are kinda fire

it’s so sad that you are starving and wanted a quick food so you order online ahead of time and they got everything wrong .

evening staff we’re so rude and just kept arguing that they cracked the hard taco so it was harder to eat as they were falling apart.
the coffee was so bitter and you order 15 packets of one flavored sauce and none of it was there.

Even during lunch rush. My cashier was on point and didnt rush me at all. Then This super bubbly manager (jordan) catered to my wrong order and made a magnificent chalupa. Fantastic job, guys!!!

The service usually doesn’t take long. It is a bit annoying that they make you take orders on the kiosk when someone is actively sitting at the front register. Food always tastes great but comes out a tad messy. They are usually in a rush from it being fast food that they don’t focus too long on getting good portions. Most chicken quesadillas have the center filled with chicken, cheese, and sauce but the edges of it are completely empty and don’t have any filling whatsoever. The place is usually pretty clean but they often have a table or two that need cleaned up still. Plenty of parking and seating.

Daniel Brooks accused me of breaking a self serve napkin dispenser when it was completely jammed. The bar clearly had not been tended to considering it was out of silverware and and sauces. I have never had a manager blame a customer for breaking something at a self serve bar. I am pretty sure the napkin are suppose to pop up to keep them at the top. Clearly they have not trained their managers in customer courtesy.
