Sean at Taco Bell (on 10th st) provides outstanding customer service every single time we come in. He’s friendly, professional, and always makes sure orders are correct, even when it’s really busy. His positive attitude & genuine smile really stands out. Taco Bell is lucky to have him!! I will continue to pass 2 other Taco Bell locations on my way home just because of Sean’s customer service!!! Way to go Sean!!!

The food is usually good, but man the workers don’t pay attention to the screen when you customize your food. I just got back home for the 2nd time because both of our cantina bowls were made all wrong and I had to come back for them to fix it. And after the 2nd time of fixing it I got back home and it was still made wrong. Its 10:30 at night we tried calling and their phones are down so I guess I’ll go up there and waste gas a 3rd time.

This location has completely gone to the tablets that you order yourself but I saw 2 different employees today help 2 different elderly people completely order and even brought their food out to them and 1 even got the drink for the customer. The food was also fast and good and the restaurant was very clean. Thank you guys for all you did!

I really like the grilled cheese burritos with steak. They’ve redone the inside since I was in there last. Looks very clean. Just make sure to check your sauces before you leave.

This places has ripped me off too often. Tonight, none of the Y2k cool ranch taco were given to me. I instead got a bag of regular tacos. All this, after the night before when I received the world’s smallest order of Grande Nachos, no pico, no guacamole. This place sucks, check your food before you leave.

Idk what happened to Taco Bell but the food is gross now. I’ve been to one in Seaford DE and Jeffersonville IN locations. The service was ok but they forgot my 2nd drink I paid for(IN). The food stayed hot til we got home but that’s irrelevant when it tastes bad. Several thumbs down for this place.

We waited 25 minutes for our online order on the lobby and we never received it. They were so focused on drive thru and they had 20 people in their lobby with no one on register to assist. We cancelled our order and will not be back for sometime. Still waiting on our refund…..you need new management

I came to this Taco Bell around noon recently for a quick lunch. I was serviced by a blonde gentleman, who helped me order with the kiosk, he was very kind and helpful on my visit. He genuinely made my day. I got my food very fast and will definitely be coming back to this location.
