Well this place was a delight, I went here yesterday, just after a lil’ gem session, and all I got was a large Baja blast freeze, but man that place gave me thw best service around, alright let’s start with thw actual order, spectacular, extraordinary, man I don’t know what they put in that freeze but it was intoxicating, secondly, thw service, there was this delightful foreign man that took my order anne gave me my freeze with nothing but exuberance. Thw overall atmosphere was wonderful, I could tell it was well kept anne had an awesome staff just from my little interaction with them. All in all, I know that I will plan to come here again with all thw folks back home.

Double check your orders if you have to eat here! They don’t know their own menu and will over charge you by quite a bit. This Taco Bell has gone downhill.

8/20/24 Came in and was asked to use the kiosk. She said it was just her and one other employee. Okay fine….no big deal! Placed our order and as I turn around the two employees were standing their talking and showing each other videos on their phones. We selected pay with cash at the kiosk, so they had to take our money and acted very annoyed by it. After that, they both go outside and talk to someone for about 10 minutes then come back in with their own food that was brought to them. Very poor customer service. Didn’t have time to take our order but could play on their phones and chit chat with a friend or whoever they were.

Well I went through the drive through, ordered 70 dollars worth of food. I even received very poor customer service. The lady taking the order kept talking over me and just all together not listening to hardly a word of my order until it had been repeated at least twice to 3 times. They didn’t even make my food correctly. Got home and seen they messed up my chalupas. I called and talked to the general manager herself and she told me, a customer, to learn to order my food right next time. Yet when I checked the receipt they had it on there just as I ordered it. Where is the extra steak I paid for? Probably with that poor excuse of a general manager.

I went in with my coworkers after work, the kiosk wasnt working and so we went to have our order taken and they told us to use the kiosk and we said it wasnt working, then they ignored us. We are on the way to get real tacos now:)

I came through the other night and service was not great. Asked to have my tacos remade since they weren’t made correctly and the older staff member was completely rude and acted like he didn’t want to help me. Another staff member had to apologize on his behalf. Won’t be returning any time soon.

No sauce cant take orders at the register be prepared to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes for your order and all around dont care about the customer. Would recomend going somewhere else if you value your time, money, and probably health..

If I could rate less I would. I went through at about 6:30 pm so there food should still be fresh and hot. I got a order and my chili burritos were burnt and gross my chicken taco was crunchy, the actual meat was crunchy. I am appalled…oh and they said they gave me sauce and didn’t. The lady at the drive thru was rude. I just can’t say enough about how shitty this experience was.
