Despite the long wait for food, the service was great and my food was crispy and fresh. They were out of several vital items (beef, nacho fries and Baja blast) but the employee working the window (she had a flower tattoo on her arm) navigated the situation beautifully. It seems like the owners/managers need to simply inventory supplies better.

Slowest taco bell I’ve EVER been to. It took 30 minutes from time of payment until we received our food- which was just 2 soft tacos and a cantina chicken quesadilla. Even still the outer cheese layer on the quesadilla was burnt. I would have asked for a new one but didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes for one. I don’t ask for much, but when I go to a FAST food joint I don’t expect a 30 minute wait.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Our food was ready 25 minutes after our online order pickup time showed. We stood in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting and there was no rush to get it to us.
When we got it, it was disgusting. My five layer burrito had no meat in it. My wife’s veggie bowl was hilariously small. The Baja blast even tasted bad. The food was so bad we threw it away and I reached out for a refund but the business still hasn’t done anything about it.
I would never go here.
