Currently in line at the place where you take your order. We’ve been in line a total of 30 minutes, 10 which have been waiting at the microphone. We placed an online order so we are kinda stuck with waiting. We’ve had plenty of issues with this location in the past but this is a tad excessive. Cars are in a line to the road and half around 5 to 6 cars have backed out due to the crazy wait. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time so I understand staffing and general issues but DAMN.

WORST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE EVER. Stuck waiting in line for OVER an hour. Finally received our order, which was only half correct. Workers informed us that teenagers ordered 120 soft-shell tacos. waited OVER AN HOUR for an online order set for asap. went in and looked for the order that they said they “never received” even though i have the online receipt. everyone acted as if it was an issue to DO THEIR JOBS. i finally get the food and they forgot three of my items, so i wait another 15 minutes for three melts. MELTS. i ordered extra beef on one item and had one bite out of the whole thing that even HAD beef. looked at the chipotle melts and the flatbread is legitimately peeling due to the fact that they are just kept out and not properly stored. this location is absolute trash and apparently everyone that works in there is too high to ever do anything right. needs to just be shut down.

We ordered Nacho Bell Grande at srive thru. We got home, my nacho is bitter. It taste like burnt oil. We called to let them know but no one is answering their phone. This was my favorite taco bell, not anymore! And we always round up our amount, not anymore!

On October 1 at 1:10 am morning. That chubby lady very rude to us and other people, she said I cant do that make foods, only cheese. We and people drove to greendale tacobell that guy is best cook and service. Please someone fix her attitude and rude, refuse do it. Lazy job. If people want eat in late night better Greendale tacobell. I don’t know what her schedule is. She is not friendly.

Moving at snails pace. Watched two of the workers go to the bathroom twice in 45 minutes leaving the new girl who just started to make all the food herself. With probably 20 orders on the screen and many doordash orders. I waited 45 minutes not counting my drive to the store. Watching them move is like watching sloths slink their way up a tree. You’d think they were handling fabergé eggs. It’s like watching someone put the playback speed on a video at 0.5 x terribly slow and poor teamwork. Do better.

Not many fast food places have employees/ staff go out to the lobby to make sure everything is good and that you are happy with everything. Alex did. Too bad more restaurant’s aren’t like that. McDonald’s tried but has since slacked off on their recent service/ customer focused approach to business. Prices are high for everything (anywhere) anymore and its nice to actually be somewhere, look around, and have a nice, clean restaurant and even have someone like Alex to make sure all is good.
