Great experience. Everyone is nice and professional. Very clean. We stop here after baseball and football games and the kids love it. Food is hot and portion sizes are good. Manager even welcomed us great service. Five stars for this Taco Bell team.

The Starry soda was out so therefore I got served carbonated water. The Mexican pizza had easy lettuce when it was supposed to be on the tacos. I had to scream before they could here me due to the drive thru not working correctly. Then when did Taco Bell become like KFC? No hair nets. Hair down. Packing orders and hand handling money? This is honestly a disaster. Where is the food safety guidelines being put into place? Where is leadership making sure that the quality of the food is correct? 1/4 of my pizza “with lettuce” under the cheese had nothing even on it.. It is not hard to take a scoop of beans and spread it on the shell, then a scoop of beef followed with turning the to shell to equally spread the proportion. I’m not sure if this location is understaffed or the manager and General Manager just does not care. It’s unacceptable and someone needs to step in and change this.

The staff at this Taco Bell were incredible. The moment I pulled into the drive thru, the woman stated, “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell! How are you doing today?” Rather than asking me right away what I wanted to order, she seemed to be interested in me as a person. This was the first time I have experienced that in a drive thru, and I truly appreciated it. Then at the window, I was helped by Teresa who was so incredibly personable, kind, and sincere. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment, and I want to commend the wonderful staff and trainers for their efforts here. You all are amazing!

Ran out of the stuff I wanted but it’s ok I tried the steak verde chili fries (without the nacho season on fries due to they didn’t have it) and it was still good considering. Prob. Wouldn’t order again but it was alright for a snack. Friendly service

Pleased with the overall dining experience. Food was good, service was great. Knocked a star off because my Mexican Pizza was oddly dry yet the bottom was soggy and hard to cut. Still good enough to eat but didn’t meet that perfect expectation. We’ll go back though. It’s Taco Bell for christ sake. It’s not a Michelin Star rated dining establishment so I’ll try and keep it real. It was good and you should not worry about eating here. WAY better than the Huntington, Indiana Taco Bell for sure!
