order the taco box half beef, half chicken, apparently they are out of chicken because they filled the chicken half with rice didn’t tell me but charged me the eight dollars for the chicken. I am sad and disappointed which is worse than being angry. this picture shows how I feel

Did not give us our two cinnamon twists. Out of soft tacos. Skimpy on the mild taco sauce. No napkins given to us on $30 drive thru order. I asked the clerk about the cinnamon twists to make sure they were in the box. Clerk said yes but they ended up not being the box when we got home!

Only person cool enough at the taco bell was the kid who was at counter. My order was done through the app did the build your own cravings box guess they didn’t get that memo I got the whatever mess they wanted to give me boxes. Checked order thinking things were all there but cheesy potatoes didn’t get the Crunchwrap didn’t get cheesy Gordita Crunch let alone the right tacos and burritos I ordered oh well lesson learned it’s not getting any better at this location I’ll drive further next time

Some days they’ll take my phone at the drive through for tap to pay. Other days they claim they can’t do it. Makes no sense. Must be 1 person who doesn’t wanna do the extra work.

Feb 5th 2025 5:30pm. Drive through took forever. Ordered 2 cantina bowls, both with extra meat and no rice. There is barely and beans at all, like a tea spoon, and none of the red cabbage made it into the bowls. For the same price I should have went to Qdoba or chipotle.

I found it pretty rude for the manager of the restaurant to tell me to use the kiosk while I am standing in front of the register looking at the menu board. There was no one else in the restaurant, and no cars in the drive thru. At least 5 employees laughing and carrying on in the kitchen. Most of the food was delicious, with the exception of the hard tacos. Less than a third of the shell had ingredients. Anemic to say the least.

Restaurant is filthy. Need a clean surface to eat off of? You are out of luck here. When I mentioned the lack of clean tables they ignored me. THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT 10:40 AM So either this was left over from breakfast or perhaps last night.
