This is what $17 gets you at this Taco Bell. Half full, cold nacho fries, barely melted cheese on a grilled cheese burrito that didn’t even have the tortilla strips in it and not pictured a chalupa busted all to pieces. Ridiculous!

I ordered the garlic nacho fries with extra steak around 4:45pm. It’s now 1:30am and I’m still paying for that decision! Nothing says delicious like cold steak, old/cold rubbery fries and a case of food poisoning!! Since they were cold and really gross I only ate like 3 fries and then picked out maybe 5 pieces of steak with the garlic sauce and nacho cheese; I hadn’t eaten anything yet for the day so I thought I’d try to at least get some protein in. I lost my appetite after that, which I though was weird given it was all I had to eat all day. I finally couldn’t take anymore of the stomach/intestinal cramping around 10pm and went to the ER where they confirmed that it was food poisoning and not just the usual intestinal ramifications that come with eating Taco Bell. Never again!

When you work at any fast food establishment you’re gonna get bigger orders. I got 2 fries, 2 burritos, 2 drinks and cinnabons and night shift for 12/26 into 27th acted like it was the most atrocious thing imagineable. Honestly boggles me how you acted towards my fiance when she went and grabbed it and if you hate your job that much maybe fast food isn’t your thing then telling her you’re out of Baja Blast, she politely asks for normal mtn dew and you say you guess you can do that and then end up giving us Baja’s anyways is also just so random ? do your job and get over it lol no wonder this place sucks they hire people that are inconvenienced by simply needing to do their job

This is the best Taco Bell in Fort Wayne that I’ve been to, I even drive past the taco bell closest to my house to come here. They without fail always get my food right, even when I have a lot of modifications. The staff are friendly and somehow the food is better? Maybe it’s love. 5 stars

All staff remained very polite, professional, and quick Though it seems, their computer systems were down very effectively handling a long line through the drive-through and what it seemed like inside.
I manage a coffee shop and know what it’s like to have your system go down when it’s busy it can be very frustrating. I believe all employees that worked tonight should be recognized for their amazing customer service

The young woman whom had blond hair and glasses was amazing cheerful and very helpful… that was the only nice pleasant part of 31 min wasted my food was very soggy and disgusting not much in tacos all 12 were tiny n bought 12 tacos but only ate two nobody would eat them at home , I was just hungry lol I would not have minded being there 31 minutes if it was fresh and good But far from that !

Service was fine but the food was poorly packaged and spilled out quite a bit. Tacos from the deluxe box were very broken and hard to eat as a result. Not worth 9 dollars.
Only saving grace is ive had previous good experiences here so I feel bad.

Stopped inside around 8 pm. The Night shift was killing the day shift. Pumped more out faster with 3 people than 6. Can’t give Taco Bell 5 stars but tonight’s crew that was working I do.
