I have pretty low expectations when it comes to fast food. That being said I’ve always gone to this location for convenience, but literally always disappointed . Expect your food to be cold and never fully put together. Also expect to pay at least $2 more on every menu item than you will at other nearby locations. Just realized I’ve been paying more for probably the worst quality taco bell in town. Here’s a pic of a mexican pizza they barely put anything on.

This Long John Silver’s is located at 6224 Bluffton Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809. When facing the establishment, there is a Taco Bell on the left side. The food at this time was better than I had three years ago. Overall it was less greasy than usual.
The owners and employees here should have more pride and ownership. According to the photos that I have attached to this review, they do not clean anywhere or anytime. By looking at the photos you would think that they were too busy all day serving hungry customers and had no time for regular cleaning. There was virtually no one in the lobby. Based on how much food was in between the seats, I assume that this is not one of their regular chores. I watched an employee with the filthiest shirt I ever saw come out into the lobby and wipe down a table or two. He returned to his station behind the counter without changing his gloves. I went to the counter and asked for extra tartar sauce and it appeared that he had on the same gloves. The lack of cleanliness disturbed me so much that I went back to my car to get my hand sanitizer and sanitized my utensils and etcetera.

Normally i dont have a problem here but let me tell yall. I had 2 door dash orders, waited in line for 10 minutes, get to the window and was informed the 2 orders were not on their screen, asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. His name was Nikolai. Pulled around to the front of the store and got dinged that the one order that i had was ready for pick up so, I drove back around to the speaker and he once again said he didn’t have the order. Called support for door dash,they called the store and he refused,straight up refused to make the orders. It was literally 5 things and 2 handfuls of sauce. Manager was rude and yalls speaker is going out. We weren’t even the only ones he did this to. The car in front of us was Uber Eats and he told her the same thing.

Most disrespectful GM I’ve genuinely ever met. I ordered wrong and when trying to fix my order they got a manager like there was an issue, there was never a problem. Then, the GM proceeded to tell me I get what I pay for when I was quite literally ready to pay again to fix the mistake. Terrible attitudes over 3$ nachos, the customer is always right and this should never have been handled this way, this location needs better training, staff and customer support do better , wont be coming back anytime soon

I ordered the two piece chicken w shrimp fries and hushpuppies. I dont know if the oil was old but the food was over cooked and dry. It was way to hard to eat, I threw it away and will not be returning.

I had pretty low expectations going through this drive through after midnight and somehow I was still disappointed. I ordered a cheese quesadilla(no sauce) and a 5 layer burrito. After waiting probably 8-10 minutes, I was given a quesadilla dripping in sauce, and it had not been cooked long enough to even melt the cheese. In place of the 5 layer, I was given a hard taco shell with maybe a tablespoon off beef and stuffed the rest of the way with lettuce.
Beyond disappointed, the night crew needs better standards.

I have eaten at alot of long john silvers across the country over the years and this was actually the worst I have ever seen. I hate to say this but I Do not recommend stopped by on way out of town fish & shrimp were greasy & cold smelled like very old grease fries nasty hush puppies the dog wouldn’t even eat. All the food went into the trash was just inedible.
