Excellent drive thru experience. Must have hired better help as the guy who took my order was very polite. Food was better than usual also. And the bag actually had napkins and hot sauce in it!! Was pleased with Taco Bell.

Waited in a 15 minute line got up to the window and got our food and drinks pulled off and took a drink of my freezie and it was completely watered down the front door was locked so I went back threw the drive threw were I waited another 10 minutes for the “manager” to tell me it wasn’t like that and if I want a new one I can buy a new one then closes the window and when I called and asked to speak to a different manager I got hung up on

A roommate of mine had gotten supper for us and when he ordered and got his burritos their was special instructions to have no other veggies on them but they still put jalapeños on it and did not explain to him that their would be jalapeños on it. When he called to tell them they screwed up on the order, they told him since he ordered those specific burritos that what he got. I’m very disappointed in the service this taco bell has given. The customer service that this restaurant produce is way below sub par. I will not recommend this to any of my friends or family.

I went to this location around 10pm yesterday. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and a beefy 5 layer burrito . Both were the saddest things I ever saw. I was just given bread basically …there was barely no seasoned beef filling . The beef was still a little cold in the burrito and was very liquidy . Not sure I’ll visit during “late” hours again
