I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I was the only one in the Taco Bell. There was a line of four cars at the drive-through, but it was moving quickly. The guy that took my order at the register was nice (young guy, early 20s). So far so good.

My order took over 15 minutes. When I politely inquired about it after 10 minutes to one young woman, she scolded me like a child (I’m over 50) and told me they are overworked and only one manager was there (huh?). There were many workers preparing orders.

When I finally received my order and was walking out, I knew I had to check the bag. One taco missing. The rest of the order was cold. Like it just came out of the fridge cold. I went back in and politely told one of the workers. I told her she could feel how cold the food was if she wanted. She walked to the back and I didn’t see her again. After 5 more minutes, no one was at the register so I had to yell back, and I asked for a refund. One of the workers walked away, “I aint giving no refund.”

I asked for the manager. The manager was grumpy and sloth-like and complained about how busy things were (I was still the only one inside). She did give me the refund, so I guess that deserves one star lol.

FAST food? Nope.

I ordered from their app last night, my first order got stolen. When I finally got my order they messed up my two cantina crispy tacos they did not have no cheese on the outside it was just a shell with the cantina chicken on it. Horrible second time my food got stolen.

Do NOT dine in-store here. They WILL mess up your order. They WILL cost you a full hour your time if they can. Do pickup and double-check, or go somewhere else.

43 minute delay with zero communication. Staff can’t even speak up. Not appreciated. Will say that the night shift has treated me better in the past though.

The night shift team tonight was exceptional. From the order-taking to the execution and overall customer service, everything was truly a 10/10. While the compliment didn’t hurt, the real highlight was how well they performed. Please keep this crew together and consider promoting them, or giving them a well-deserved raise!

Everytime I order from here on Doordash the food is cold. My shells on my pizza and tacos are soggy. This time your food went in the garbage. Tried to call. No one answered the phone. I will never eat there again.

The food was cold. The beef tasted bad. The guy in the drive thru said welcome to good burger the home of the good burger. When he handed me my food he handed me half of it then said have a nice day. When I said where’s the rest he said what did you get. Once I told him he said had to double check and had it already in hand and gave it to me.

We came to Taco Bell with 2 online orders, the first of which being a bean burrito and a spicy potato bowl with no sour cream. Somehow they managed to forget that and blasted it with sour cream! The second? A potato taco, and nacho fries, the tortilla was incredibly stale, and could tear like paper. The cheese that comes with the nacho fries? Was cracked open and spilled over the entire bag. The customer service was also abysmal, with the workers using casual slang, and a rude tone that sounded more dismissive than welcoming. Overall? I would NOT recommend getting Taco Bell from this location again, especially at night!!!

I was in the drive thru and an employee was very RUDE from the start. And I said well I won’t order now and then he yelled out from the window “I didn’t want to service you no way” like really ? You go out of your way to yell in front of that customer to be petty ? I didn’t get the workers name but HE was very rude this was at 9-10-25 at around 8:40
