If I could rate them no stars I would! Literally the most awful and unprofessional service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell, or any fast food place for that matter!!! Staff was incredibly rude and the manager was extremely lazy. If you want disappointment come here!! There’s like 50 ppl behind the counter, and literally not one of them had any professional manners!

Pretty frustrating, I waited a couple minutes for someone to come up to me and tell me they cannot take my order and to use the kiosk.
The kiosk, by the way, is dumb as heeeeell. Just wanted to order the new nacho fries but they were not under the fries, sides, or new category. Just ended up leaving.

I don’t look for much out of a fast food place. Give me good service, 100% accuracy of my order, have all the menu options available, and serve me food prepared in a clean environment. I feel like this taco bell hit on all of those. The drive thru wait was a little bit long, but I wasn’t in a hurry, so I won’t complain, but my food was hot, and it was exactly what I ordered. I would definitely visit this location again

The Cinnabon iced coffee was bomb. It is definitely the sugar boost I needed. The cheese was not melted. The sausage was hot, the crunch was found wanting. The hash brown would have been good; if it didn’t taste like it underwent the hot grease test. The only thing crunchy or crispy was the edge. The rest was greasy potato.

The food came completely covered in cheeses and sauces, like someone threw up Taco Bell in the bag. The pic is from AFTER we tried to wipe it off. My girlfriend’s cheesy Gordita crunches were cold, untoasted and sauceless.
