I’ve given those places so many chances I don’t complain. This is my first ever review leaving on a place but I can’t stand it anymore. The manager on duty did offer to give me a new one, but I’m already home The workers here I don’t know if they’re messing around in back too busy, listening to their own music with their own headphones in there ear that witness 24 seven when I’m there when they are on headsets but I got nacho bell grande no beans, extra meat, meat and sour cream nothing else and no cheese no tomatoes two weeks ago I got a Dr Pepper that I completely had to throw out that wasn’t tasting Good that I even called back the place to tell him they should probably switch it. And I’m pretty sure before THAT I did not even get have the food I order and still did not go get a refund , honestly do better

So everyone complained about this taco bell and I ignored it, I went here for a couple months for my work lunch even tho there drink choices was limited and tasted horrible and they r rude and unfriendly in there. But I always choose a news headline name as my order name, its not there business to know my name. But they told me I couldn’t do that no more. I felt offended and I feel they crossed the line by doing so. So I will not be returning to this facility and I will let everyone I know and everyone I talk to know how this taco bell is and not to go here.

The food was just fine. Everything else was not.
Our food was warm and fresh, however the fountain beverage I got tasted watered down.
I am not a fan of the layout of this restaurant. I went to have a sit-down meal, only to see there are only a handful of small tables – it wouldn’t even be possible to seat a family or other group of people. The dining area is cramped and unpleasant. There are people standing in line, ordering, and waiting all around you. In the winter months, as people come and go and open the door, cold air rushes in constantly, making the dining area uncomfortably cold. There is no sense of personality or fun in the restaurant whatsoever – just a couple tables not-so-clean tables and a dirty concrete floor.
The service was not great. Waited about 15 minutes for my food, had to ask for the drinks we ordered which forgotten I guess. Got the drinks but no straw – called out to ask for a straw and was ignored or not heard. Everything is behind glass, I ended up reaching behind the counter and grabbing them myself. No soda machine, you would have to attempt to flag someone down for a refill (if they even offer that?), if you would even want one.
There are only two kiosks, one in each tiny room, so at busy times there is a wait to order. The kiosks take a lot longer to order than just talking to a person.
Poorly designed space – clearly designed to get diners out as fast as possible, or to make customers think twice about dining in at all.
Overall, not great. The place is tiny, cold, and depressing. Would not eat here again.

I was excited that this Taco Bell opened because it’s a lot more convenient and closer to me, however, I’d rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to the other one. I haven’t not once been greeted with a hi at the drive thru, they’ve gotten my order wrong, the fiesta potatoes were burnt, and they put my Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag with all of the food on top of it (I ordered a lot) and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. If you order a box meal they don’t give you a box either. I will not be giving this location any other chances.

I walked into a bunch of yelling and swearing. No place except the one table that I saw, and small parking lot. I have been going to the other location for 11 years, and It has been well ran, and less hostility. Plus this is not a good concept for Laporte either, you want to keep an eye on your food being made in this dump.

Very good place for a Taco Bell. Had the new nuggets, and they were great. With cheesy fries is perfect. However, the only problem was with the drinks. The drinks with weaker flavors there is a distinct taste of plastic. Kind of ruins the flavor of the drink. However, the building was very clean, very well designed.

This is primarily a take-out kiosk but there is a table for 2 if you must sit in the “waiting room”. The food is spot on as usual but the atmosphere of punching your own order in and absolutely no greetings whatsoever is a real turn-off. I would visit again if I really had a taco bell craving but my expectations are in the gutter. Even the drive thru speaker voice is artificial computer responses. You only get an annoyed real person if the computer didn’t understand your order.

If you’re thinking of going here instead of the other one, don’t waste your money. I’ve given this location time after time since it’s close to me and they continue to prove they can’t make fresh food or even the correct order at that. Missing a taco, burrito wasn’t even grilled, cheese instead of chipotle sauce. That’s just this visit.
