I just enjoyed an incredible meal at Taco Bell in Northwest Indiana-one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The Discovery Luxe Box, featuring the Avocado Ranch Crispy Burrito, was absolutely delicious and an amazing value at under $10, especially in today’s economy. This was hands-down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. Fantastic job, and I’ll definitely be back!

Usually we don’t have many issues with ordering but this most recent order was a total fail. One we ordered a cheesy roll up and it wasn’t in the bag (No big deal tbh I understand stuff happens) but the big issue is that I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra stuff and I did get the extra stuff but there was NO MEAT AND NO BEANS. I even went back and checked the order to see if I accidentally clicked those off but nope.
It definitely sucked but this just goes to show that you always have to double check your bags. (Which should NOT be the customer’s job fyi)

The bad reviews you may have read are all accurate. If you don’t order from the Taco Bell app then you are treated horribly because you inconvenienced the staff. Change the name to 1 hour Taco Bell and for get about fast in fast food. Check your bag before leaving to make sure you receive what you ordered. I take my son a couple times a week just because it’s convenient and he loves Taco Bell. I can’t think of 1 time the order was correct. Honestly feel bad for the proud owner of this new Taco Bell. They are in desperate need of good management and helpful employees that know how to properly make the food and have respectful attitudes. Good luck… buyer beware.

I ordered my usual crunchwrap supreme and was very hopeful about trying a new location. Unfortunately, the attitude of this one specific girl just ruined the entire trip. She was a girl with glasses and I think her name was Lily? She almost threw the bag across the counter and kept eyeing me from the back. She was not welcoming and ruined my experience overall. Wont be returning.

No. Ordered there and got food poisoning and had a to go to the hospital because im allergic to red meat and they served me a beef burrito when it was supposed to be black bean. This is awful they have gotten food mixed up and wrong so many times now I just find it a waste to go.

I’ve ordered from the app and I usually still end up waiting even after I arrive a few minutes after the app gives me a pick up time. There have been times where I’ve watched a few people just standing around and it’s only until I’ve gone in have they started making my order. I’m still shocked Hebron has a Taco Bell. The food was ok but a few times it’s wrong. I guess I should just be happy we have another food option in town.

New general manager is doing a great job(Chandler) and the place was well tidied, service was polite and prompt, and the food was EXACTLY how I ordered and expected it to look. Want a great Taco Bell experience hit this one up!
