BE CAREFUL when coming here ! The worker at the drive thru stole my card info ! ! I handed my card over to pay and the kid took it inside to the front of restaurant and tap for me(didn’t know he was doing that ) so I couldn’t see what he was doing !! next morning I see 3 charges on my bank account I didn’t make ! Even more troubling, she stated—without hesitation—that nothing would happen to her. No discipline. No consequences. No accountability. If this is the kind of leadership your restaurant stands behind, then it speaks volumes about your hiring practices and customer values.

Let me be clear: I will not let this go unanswered. I am preparing to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to post publicly and send repeated correspondence until this manager is removed from her position and I receive the refund and apology I am owed. Twenty dollars for cold, crumbled tacos is not just unacceptable—it’s insulting.

I will be returning to the location to obtain the manager’s full name so it can be included in future communications. Your team needs serious reform, starting with better hiring standards and a commitment to basic decency.

I ordered from the $7.00 menu (posted on the menu board) . When I got to the window, the cashier told me that the price had gone up to $9.00 for the same meal, and that “they” hadn’t changed the price yet. I asked that she honor the price posted, she consulted the manager who then said that they could not accommodate.

Waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5+ minutes and nobody came over the speaker. 5 cars in line behind me so I gave up and came inside. One person waiting inside, said his order hasn’t even been taken yet. He started complaining about how his order wasn’t taken and there’s 5 plus cars in the drive thru. Not ONCE did any of the three workers go to the drive thru. They ignored our complaints about the drive thru. Barely spoke two words to the customers inside. Refused to give receipts if we ordered at the kiosks (since they wouldn’t come up to take our orders themselves).

Service is super slow! I sat in the drive thru way to long it felt like forever with only 2 vehicles ahead of me When I finally made it to the window she tells me they are out of chicken tenders for my chicken burrito Smh now I have to wait even longer because of the changed order, food was decent but i will settle for something else before I come back here
