Subject: Formal Complaint – Unacceptable Service, Food Quality, and Manager Conduct
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the appalling experience I had at your establishment. From the moment I received my order, it was clear that quality and customer care are not priorities here. The tacos were crumbled, the food was cold, and the entire meal was unfit for consumption. I returned it immediately and brought it to the attention of the manager—who identified herself only by the initials “RJB,” or something similar.
What followed was not just disappointing—it was disgraceful. The manager, who claimed to have personally prepared the order, refused to acknowledge the issue. She was loud, dismissive, and went so far as to cover her face with her hand while speaking, as if to avoid accountability. Her behavior was evasive, disrespectful, and frankly, hostile. I was denied any form of compensation for a meal that was clearly below standard, and instead subjected to harassment and blatant disrespect.
Even more troubling, she stated—without hesitation—that nothing would happen to her. No discipline. No consequences. No accountability. If this is the kind of leadership your restaurant stands behind, then it speaks volumes about your hiring practices and customer values.
Let me be clear: I will not let this go unanswered. I am preparing to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to post publicly and send repeated correspondence until this manager is removed from her position and I receive the refund and apology I am owed. Twenty dollars for cold, crumbled tacos is not just unacceptable—it’s insulting.
I will be returning to the location to obtain the manager’s full name so it can be included in future communications. Your team needs serious reform, starting with better hiring standards and a commitment to basic decency.
Make this right.
Sincerely,
Rudolph

Would you like help drafting the BBB complaint or a public review next?
Waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5+ minutes and nobody came over the speaker. 5 cars in line behind me so I gave up and came inside. One person waiting inside, said his order hasn’t even been taken yet. He started complaining about how his order wasn’t taken and there’s 5 plus cars in the drive thru. Not ONCE did any of the three workers go to the drive thru. They ignored our complaints about the drive thru. Barely spoke two words to the customers inside. Refused to give receipts if we ordered at the kiosks (since they wouldn’t come up to take our orders themselves).
