Great Experience at Taco Bell in Dyer, IN!
Today, I skipped my usual go-to spots for Taco Bell because it was cold, and I didn’t feel like getting out of the car. I’m so glad I did! I tried the Steak and Fries Nachos with Garlic Butter Sauce on the side, plus two Double Tacos with light meat from the value menu—all for just $11.
The Steak and Fries Nachos were absolutely delicious, and the tacos were fresh and made to order. While I wish they had added a bit more cheese and included napkins in the bag, the staff was clean, friendly, and punctual.
I’ll definitely be back to this location soon. And I won’t forget to grab some Taco Bell Fire Sauce—it takes everything up a notch!

So I ordered the Volcano Combo. I order 2 boxes and what did I get.. A nasty burrito that was cold with no sauce and the rice was not fully cooked it felt like. Was completely incorrect. Even with the taco. The bottom was soggy and it got stuck to the container and tore the bottom of the taco out. Though it tastes a hell lot better then the burrito. If I knew I was going to get this awful experience I would of just requested 2 of the Volcano tacos and no burritos. Big disappointment from this restaurant.
You can clearly see in the photos of what this is. Double beef burrito and there was no heat so there was no sauce. Why. This not what I ordered.

I got the Breakfast taco. They were almost all the same that you see in the photo. This was suppose to be the Egg, Cheese and Bacon. All I see is just 1 little piece of egg.

Well I decided to order the new Street steak chalupa and the jalapeno rancho nacho fries. They did right for the Cantina Chicken Chalupa. But when I got the street steak and cheese Chalupa and the jalapeno rancho nacho fries. Was very disappointing. One the container for the fries was open in the bag and food contents was scatter all over in the bag. Then what takes the cake is the Street Steak chalupa. Check the picture below.. Was nothing but a burnt over cooked empty shell with only cheese and no meat.. nothing.. Makes me not want to order from this place again. Really upsetting.

Stopped in & went inside to order. Went to the counter, guy said can I help you? I said I’d like to order. He said we don’t take orders, you have to use the kiosk. I’m 76 years old and don’t do kiosks. He said he could help me in 15 minutes. Unacceptable!!!! Outta there never to return! No such thing as customer service.

I went inside ordered food and 45 minutes passed before I got my food the service is terrible. The workers are all young just hanging around on their phones and not making the orders this establishment needs to be shut down immediately.

We’ve been going to this location since it opened. It was great at first but as time has gone on, the quality of the service and food has declined. We typically order a few tacos without cheese or lettuce for our son who is a picky eater (he prefers to add his own toppings at home). Usually they still give us the regular amount of beef on the tacos but it seems like there’s less and less every time. I honestly don’t understand how they think the attached picture is even acceptable. Between that and the other issues we have with our order almost every time we visit, we are definitely done with this location.

Food is good as usual. I liked that they had several plugs to plug into if needed. They also had one hook for every chair at the high top. 2 picnic tables to eat outside on nice days. 2 machines if you woukd like to order your own food.

I am highly disappointed in this Taco Bell. They mess up my order every time I have gone here. Last time I came to this Taco Bell I found part of a straw in my burrito. This time I ordered a bean burrito and that is definitely not what I got. Every time I go to this Taco Bell I specify that I am a vegetarian due to religious reasons please make sure there is no meat in my food and despite my emphasis they still gave me what I didn’t order and with meat in it which is highly disrespectful. When I called the Taco Bell (twice) to tell them about the issue they didn’t answer the phone. I’m extremely upset with this visit. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.
