2nd night in a row me and my girlfriend had a horrible Taco Bell experience, IN A ROW. First the nachos were parched. They literally looked thirsty. There was nothing to them, NO MEAT!!!! Second there was NO crunch to her crunch wrap. The only thing I enjoyed was the mk6 white Supra on 3 piece chrome wheels that drove past. I’ll give em two weeks to get themselves straight.

I wish there was a negative rating because that’s what this store deserves! ALWAYS something wrong or things missing from my order. I don’t know why I keep giving them second chances but I’m done. My latest order, I got the luxe box and asked for a regular grilled cheese burrito instead of the spicy one. They said they couldn’t do any replacements. Well that’s weird because I always do and there are options for replacements on the app. So I asked them to just use the regular rice instead of the spicy. Apparently, they couldn’t comprehend that because they gave me a burrito with no rice at all. The tortilla chips were stale and the hard shell taco didn’t have any meat! I realize these are kids working here but come on, DO BETTER! I also ordered an orange vanilla freeze and I just got plain vanilla.

Last three times I have visited this location forgot an item, ran out of beef, and today they ran out of the blend cheese. So what did they do? They charged me 85 to put cheddar cheese in my item due to their poor planning.

Wow! Came here around 9pm tonight and the young man working the drive thru was so polite and friendly!! He had a great demeanor and didn’t act like he hated his job! His positive attitude made my experience great! I got home and to my delight, the food was lookin fiiiireee!! My chicken chalupa and my nacho fries, mmmm. Looked like they actually cared what they were doing in the kitchen and it shows! Thanks guys!!

If you go here use the drive through, I watched over 13 cars get there food while 2 people got a refund because they got tired of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous the inside got zero help. Just close the lobby if you can’t even have people taking orders

The manager was on top of things and was running his crew like a seasoned vet. He even acknowledged that the bags of chips were low and got on his crew about it. Great customer service, hot food, and a hard working crew in here today! Plus the restaurant was very clean. Best Taco Bell I’ve been to.
