Wish I didn’t have to give a star to write this review, but here we are. I just went and spent 10 mins waiting in drive thru, with no answer. So I drove back around and finally received service. Devin took my order, and the next cars order was taken directly afterward. When I received my order, they had shoved everything into one bag. When I mentioned I had ordered 2 lux boxes, he said, “That’s two lux boxes.” Obviously, he doesn’t know the difference between 1 bag and 2 boxes. When I mentioned again that I had ordered two lux boxes, I had the window closed in my face. When it came to food quality, both beefy 5 layer burritos were cold and made imprperly, both tacos had broken shells , and the cinnamon twist tasted as if they were fried in burnt oil and had a rancid smell. In conclusion, this was the most negative experience I have had at Taco Bell to date, and I was very disappointed with my visit as I frequent this location.

This place is an absolute joke. Almost every time we DoorDash, something is missing from the order. The last two times the nacho cheese was missing. This past time one of the sacks of chips literally had 3 chips in the bag. There’s been times where we didn’t receive tacos. I highly recommend not going here. Unfortunately the other Taco Bell that’s closer to us won’t DoorDash.

I truly don’t know why I keep going here. Tonight they handed me someone’s DoorDash? I’m not really sure how that happened, but if I was Joseh I’d be pissed. The cut on that quesadilla is embarrassing. And they forgot half his food. I definitely didn’t get any of the food I ordered, neither did Joseh.

Our last three orders were made incorrectly. We have decided we are done wasting our money. To those of you looking to the reviews when making a dinning decision as I do. Please choose another taco bell. There are several in the area. If you go here you will be throwing your money away. They do not care about food quality. Nor do they care about costumer service. When a costumer complains they argue until the costumer gives up. So you end up wasting money on food that will go in the trash.They don’t offer to fix anything and try to make it your fault that they messed up. Also apparently everyone who works here is a manager when they answer the phone.

This location should be embarrassed to call itself a restaurant. I placed a late-night order through the Taco Bell app for a very specific reason — so I wouldn’t have to wake up my 82-year-old grandmother. Instead, I got a masterclass in how to completely screw up a simple order.
They forgot ALL 4 Beefy Loaded Potato Grillers with chicken and my fries — the literal reason I ordered. That’s not a “mistake,” that’s negligence. At that point, why even bother sending a bag? Did nobody check anything, or does accuracy just not matter here at all?
When you order late at night, there’s no fixing it. No driving back. No reordering. You just get robbed and stuck with disappointment. Paying for food you never receive shouldn’t be part of the Taco Bell experience, but apparently here it’s standard.
If this place can’t handle basic order accuracy, they shouldn’t be open — especially not taking mobile orders. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else

Waited in line for quite a while to pick up my order from the drive-thru. Finally get to the window to pick up my food and not a word from the guy servicing me. No hello, no sorry for the wait, and no thank you. No problem, tho.. I figured he may have just been having a bad day. Fast forward to when I get home and go to eat my food only to find the tacos were drenched and much too soggy to eat. Having said that, I was too grossed out to eat them as I wasn’t sure what they may, or may not, have done to them, so I threw them away instead. Whatever. It cost my $7.00 to know that I’ll never go back there again. In closing, do yourselves a favor and avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

Pretty bad when the bot taking drive thru orders was the best part of this trip! Young ‘man’ at window didnt say 1 single word to me. Didn’t give me a straw or receipt, paying with card should be automatic receipt. Food was cold and tasteless.

Great place for cold meals cooked in dirty fryers so that the food tastes like literal rotten garbage and drinks so watered down that the Pepsi looks like iced tea. You’re lucky if they even put the correct items in your bag. These are frequent problems, not one-time occurrences. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever used, and that’s saying a lot for that franchise.

This Taco Bell was quick, inexpensive, and fresh. The food was steaming hot when I received it! I truly love not interacting with the employees but still being able to sit and eat here. They have updated seating to where you can plug in a charger. Also I like that there are high chairs available (family friendly). In addition to all of that the food was good. My friend got a crunch wrap which had holes in (see pictures) but that was nothing to the service and quality.

I went to the drive thru at 830pm and they said they could only take cash so if I had a card I needed to come in. Myself and two other customers stood waiting for someone to take our order and nobody came. So my son said excuse me after we waited 5min. Then, a person came from the restroom looked at us and went to the back. Then I said hello is anyone coming to assist? They said we didn’t know you all needed help. I said what do you think we are standing here for? Her response yall didn’t say anything. What does standing in line indicate? She said I dont need to say anything. I was confused who works at a place and says they dont need to ask how can I help or indicate you are happy to take a customers order. I have a video and she just waved bye we dont need to help. Another person did come up and said she was willing to help but I was too scared they might spit in my food.
