They intentionally didn’t put meat in my tacos or Crunchwrap because I asked them to put my box meals, in a box! They laughed in my face. They didn’t give all my drinks. I asked for sauce and she gave me a handful without putting it in the bag. Then she kept slamming the window. It was an African American girl with red hair. It’s horrible how y’all treat y’all customers. They thought it was funny how they treated me.

So I usually go to this place and it’s been really bad the last couple months. Ordered bean burritos that come out with only beans on them. Orders wrong.
Rude services at the window. But today I pay over $3 for a bean burrito add sour cream and this is what I’m served. It’s completely dried up and gross.

It was a typical experience aside from the fact that when I was paying for my order a crew member asked my name and when I told him he replied saying”what” to me. I don’t hate too many things but when a person replies to me “what” it runs through me like I’m being cursed at!
Customer service is very important in the food industry, I am not a child, and respect is a common sense thing. Another employee told him versus yelling “what” why not walk over and ask my name again. Crazy part is it was slow so there was minimal noise. Smh!

The mobile app wasn’t working. So we went ahead and went inside to order. It took a little while for the cashier to come cash us out and to get our food. We was gave an extra cup for a drink. One taco had lettuce on it that wasn’t supposed to. The man making the order gave us an extra cinnamon twist also for the wait. All and all it wasnt to bad at all.

Last week on 5/25 I ordered several items in the afternoon. Most of the food was ok. But, I was very disappointed with the Chicken Enchilada Burrito. I never had it before and thought it looked tasty. Nope. For starters, it was small and flat. Nothing heavy was on the top of it in the bag so it had to have been made that way. It didn’t have much chicken and barely any red sauce. It was flavorless and just tasted like flour tortilla. Will not buy this again.

The food is normal, but i have had better taco bell at diferent locations. The sirvice continues to get any online order wrong all the time, for example i ordered two supreme lux boxes and they instead gave me 2 classic luxe boxes and almost forgot the drinks. The atmosphere is normal plus a few homeless people.

For almost $9 for nachos I feel like the few jalapeños should be a no extra charge item after all it is nachos. And the cheese sometimes it doesn’t cover the nachos. Times are hard please do better taco bell

This taco bell is horrible. we ordered our food and waited so long until we asked about our food they had forgotten to give to us ? How do you forget to give a customer food when there is no one even here other than two other people? And even worse, our food was cold, and all soggy, it was disgusting, never coming here again

I went through the drive thru. There was no one in front of us or behind us. There wasn’t one person in the inside. We pulled up to the window at 8 p.m. exactly on 8-10-25. We were told at 8:13 that they were making our food fresh so that’s why it was taking so long. We didn’t ask we were just told this. We finally received food at 8:20. We pulled to the front to make sure everything was correct. It wasn’t. We were given wrong order and the other order one taco was cold. I went inside. I told them this. They had to look on screens even though the order was on the bag and everything was in there. The manager argued with me screaming that I wasn’t the only person that I had to wait. I told him I already waited 20 minutes at the window. He told me I was lying that I went home. I informed him that wasn’t the case. He also told me that I was lying about no one else being there. He then screamed that they have online orders. He told me if I didn’t like it I could just have my money back. I told him whatever he needed to do since he wasn’t making my food. They started to refund me but then someone else said they could make it. I finally got my order at 8:48 p.m. I know fast food can be stressful but it should never take 48 minutes for fast food. Taco Bell should let it be known they are a casual dining restaurant and you will indeed be there for over an hour including eating time. I know that this taco bell is in the ghetto but that’s the wildest situation I’ve ever been in. They weren’t busy. The entire 48 minutes I saw them serve ten cars and 4 inside to go orders. I know it’s Taco Bell but I’ve never in 44 years have seen anything like this.
