First thing that I did not like the young lady at the register, took my bank card and laid it onto the pad where you make your payment and left it there the entire time I was in line. Then she proceeds to hand me a drink that I didn’t order and I’m staring at her like give me my bank card, please. The first thing I thought was, she was trying to take a photo of my card or something like that.

Then my order was incorrect. I have an allergy to tomatoes, and they still put tomatoes on my order. Food looked horrible. I was on A short lunch break. I did not finish all the food. When I went inside to get my order corrected, it took well over eight minutes for me to even be acknowledged. My Chalupa‘s Looked horrible. My Doritos taco was all broken up.

The worst customer service I have EVER gotten. This location is horrible. It opens at 9 am, I waited till about 9:15 to place my order online as I know ordering the minute a place opens can be annoying. I then proceeded to sit at the speaker for ten minutes with no responses. I tried calling the store about three times while I was sitting there, no one picked up. I then pulled up to the drive thru window in an attempt to talk to someone and no one ever came over. I could see a worker doing prep work in the back and getting on his phone inbetween it, completely ignoring my car and my online order apparently. I called while sitting at the window TEN more times, the worker completely ignored all the calls. Pulled back around to try to go inside, the doors are locked. At this point it is 9:30. I am fuming, completely being ignored the entire time. I pull back around to the drive thru window and have to honk loudly three times for me to be acknowledged at all. FINALLY someone unlocks the window and speaks to me. She is clearly in a bad mood and frankly, I do not care lol! I have worked at Chili’s for 5 years, I know customer service sucks, but this was COMPLETELY rude and unprofessional. She asked me if I had an order, I told her yes, waited about 10 minutes for my food (which i ordered at 9:15, its now 9:45) and when I STILL say thank you when she hands it to me she says nothing back and gives me a dirty look. Pretty sure she was a manager too given her uniform, awful service and attitude. I usually have very pleasant workers when I come through here, but I will definitely be driving the further distance to never order from here again. I don’t even want to eat this food now because I would not be surprised at all if they did something to it because they hated serving me so much apparently. This “fast food” made me late to work because of horrible service. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job so much.

Fast service. Food was exactly what I had hoped for at taco bell. My only reservation is that proces have gone up so much. I used to be able to eat a king’s ransom for almost nothing.

DO NOT eat at this Taco Bell!, I complained a few times about how my food came burnt and my fries came stale, therefore it took away my appetite so I didn’t even get to enjoy the rest that did come soggy, and so it was 27 dollars for all of it and they only refunded 9 dollars, I want my full refund and I want it now!!

When we walked in to place our order the front counter host announced the restrooms were down. As we sit down to eat we hear a little boy telling his mom he had to use the restroom. She replied they said the restrooms are down… no sooner than that i witness the dishwasher walk out from the back and let some lady go to restroom… what? So i go to counter to ask the host about it and he informs me that the dishwasher picks and chooses who gets to go in there… Are you serious? I then ask to speak with management… They both are like the men’s restroom is down but the ladies is open, then they can’t seem to find the key to get in to restroom cause dishwasher guy had it in his pocket… I said you’re dishwasher guy got the key and is apparently picking and choosing who gets to use the restroom… Seriously are we this miserable in our lives that we refuse paying customers and children to use the restroom when the restroom was working completely fine? The guy host at front counter was the only awesome one there and what i witnessed from everyone else was uncalled for and very unprofessional… Don’t go here if you need to use the restroom while you’re dining in because you won’t get to use it and not because it’s out of order but because they just don’t want you to use it or will pick and choose who does get to use it… Shame on yall for real…

Breakfast and value menu burritos give a lot of food for the prices. Last time I was here, the interior was open a little after 8am, if not earlier – which was nice. Good location near the IU campus and to other locations NW-yet-close to downtown.

Wow if this is the case start sending forks.05/10/24 look at the picture The manager and the gentleman that worked driver thru was friendly and helped me out with my issues. Too bad there’s not more of the people. I work at IUPUI and eat here a lot and tonight was an awesome experience 11/28/2023 at 7pm UPDATE DRIVE THUR NOT THE ONLY SERVICE WAITED MY ENTIRE LUNCH FOR MY ORDER

This TacoBell location is awful… terrible, slow service and the associates who work here have no good customer service skills and you can tell they hate their jobs. Additionally, their outside drive-thru menu was broken and completely toppled over in the grass area, therefore I was forced to come into the store to order.

I placed my order at 5:39pm and didn’t receive my order until well after 6pm… ALSO THEY DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS AND ARE NOT CHANGING THEIR GLOVES REGULARLY. I will not be back to this location.

UberEats nightmare! Line wrapped around the building, dining room closed (it’s supposed to be open), been sitting here 45 minutes in drive thru! I’m not going to be penalized for cancelling an order, this is ridiculous! My customer is furious and this is wasting my night.
