Wow… this place is great.
Walked in and the workers actually smiled like they were glad I was there.
Bathroom was clean and had soap to wash hands. The dinner area looked great. Nothing on the floor and tables clean. Ordered through the kiosk and it didn’t take long. Food was made excellent and tasted great.
There’s alot of other fast food companies could learn from this place.
Highly Recommend

I ordered a chili cheese burrito and asked them to steam it and the day shift manager gave attitude so I asked for a refund but the worker asked if she could just steam it and the manager said as long as the customer didn’t touch it and she did. But I was being polite and said it would be awesome if Taco Bell would add a steam option on app and she rudely said “I DONT CONTROL THE APP”. I come here often. I overpay for a tiny burrito with a tiny bit of chili and lite cheese. Rude woman manager with glasses.

My family ordered about $30 worth of food. Upon arriving to the pickup window and getting our food, we were missing 1 hard chicken taco, 1 chili cheese burrito, and 2 cheese sauces. Not much money, but missing from our order nonetheless. We offered to give the bags back to the employees so they could see what we were missing. The, what I assume is the manager, YELLED at us, telling us that she personally bagged the items, and that there was no way we were missing any items. We explained to her what we were missing, showed her what we had, and again explained what we were missing. She VERY rudely cut me off in the middle of elaboration, demanded our bags of food back, and told me that she would prefer to administer a full refund instead of correcting the situation with us. Mind you, I have 2 receipts. The receipt we originally got was LESS than the “refund” they administered to the original form of payment for our order. I asked why that was, and got the window slammed on me. Please review the cameras, if there are any. I have photos of both receipts, from the original receipt and the refund receipt. I am happy to provide an image of both receipts. Somewhere along the lines, there was a severe “mess up” on an employee’s end. This is severely disappointing and better leadership needs to be had within this location. Being yelled at in a drive through is unacceptable, especially when accountability could’ve been held on Taco Bell’s end. I’m wiling to speak on my experience at the location if more details are needed.

We went in the restaurant and ordered a to go order. We were given cold nacho fries. My husbands chalupa supreme had maybe a teaspoon of meat, no tomatoes, or sour cream. I had a Cantina chicken bowl, it hardly had any chicken (2 pieces). And the chicken was dried out. There was no mild sauce in the building. They said they were out. Trying to get the servers attention….they were ignoring us. And then laughed when we stated our issue. We did not recieve the Cinnabon delights that we paid for. And our money wasn’t refunded.
Horrible customer service, with a don’t care attitude.

I eat a lot of Taco Bell. Probably significantly more than the average person. As a result, I’ve been to many different Taco Bell locations. Yet in all that time, this is the only one I’ve been to that displays the level of shameless bootlicking it takes to not fill your drink all the way up when you order it with no ice. Keep slurping fellas. I’m sure one day corporate will pat you on the head and call you a good boy.

I normally go to the one on 44 due to it’s closer to my house but I had a coworker say how good the one on 9 was so I tired it tonight and the women taking my order was rude as ever and I had to repeat my order so times and they still got it wrong. I ordered one steak grilled cheese burrito with jalapeños on the inside and 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes and street chalupa with steak and extra streak and 3 dlt supreme tacos and I got two random burritos and two stackers and four dlt tacos not supreme and 3 cheesy fiesta potatoes.

This is my favorite Taco Bell in town. The people are nice, the food is always cooked and I’ve RARELY had an incorrect order. I recently went to the one by rural king and it reminded me why the one by Casey’s is my favorite in a horrifying way.

Great food and service. The person at drive thru did all of the additions to a cheese roll up to make me mexi melts! I love it when the workers help you to get what you really want. Thanks!

Allow me to preface this review with the statement that it MAY be “influenced” by an out of state item.

I ordered on the app. When I went to pick up my order, the kid at the drive-thru was outstanding. He was friendly, courteous, and looked like he wanted to be there. Customer service was phenomenal!

The food! If this store is not a training or a model store, it should be. My Baja Blast was crisp and refreshing. Everything you want it to be. The soft taco was warm and melty. Put together amazing as well. It was a nice looking taco. The steak quesadilla was well meated, well cooked, and it was ACTUALLY CUT!! I even took a pic to prove it!

Now the meximelt. If you remember them, they were melty, usually rolled up, and leaked. The new ones, they basically treat them like tacos. NOT THIS STORE! The meximelt took me straight back to my childhood. The melty, gooey, goodness that was a meximelt. I should have ordered more of them. It was perfection in a Taco Bell wrapper!

If I didn’t live, literally, on the other side of the state, I would drive out of my way to visit this store again

You never get what you order and the drinks are not right. Worst take out place in Indiana. I’m done with this Taco Bell. Needs better training and better management.
