typically the food is good. My aggravation is when I order boxes. 15 food items shoved in one bag. Then I have to separate every burrito and every taco and figure out who’s this what so I have to open every item.

Rude employees who want to shoot you dirty looks because there’s angry people waiting and waiting on their food! And the food wasn’t even cooked correctly! My chicken flatbread was damned near raw and stuck to the paper. Cheesy melt wasn’t melted at all, just shredded cheese thrown in a tortilla and wrapped. Burrito wasn’t toasted. My chicken cantina had TWO itty bitty pieces of chicken in it. There was only ONE good thing about this visit and it was an employee named Taj. (Spelling??!) He ran his butt off from the front end to the drive thru and was kind and curtious. Very accommodating. I’m not sure if the female cooking was a manager or not but definitely needs some additional training in customer service and hospitality.

i placed an order for delivery on saturday, my food arrived and i was very disappointed to find all of my tacos empty. i called that night to have it resolved. The manager was very nice and had the order remade for me today, two days later, Everyone in there was extremely polite, but my order was still wrong when it was remade. And I was missing food the second time:( I feel bad even leaving a review because everyone was so nice but I didn’t receive everything.

Three times now I’ve come to this restaurant, and every single time the staff blatantly ignores everyone in the lobby. Not a greeting, not a “just one second” nothing. Just a thought: when a customer calls to let you know their order is missing items, responding with condescension and attitude probably isn’t the best way to handle it — unless your goal is to ensure they never return.
A simple apology would have gone a long way. Instead, you doubled down on the arrogance when I came in to pick up the missing food — handing over the bag with a dismissive “Here’s your food, have a good one,” like you were doing me a favor. Tossing a free taco coupon in the bag doesn’t erase the terrible experience or the awful impression you left.
Pro tip: basic courtesy isn’t optional in customer service. If you can’t manage that, you’re in the wrong business.

this is the worst taco bell ever. every single time we have been to this one the service is terrible, they are rude. they do not put anything on their tacos. ordered cantina chicken box and this is what the food looked like. the smallest portion of chicken, most bites were the shell. this has been a problem for a few months now. will go to the other one in town now on.

If this was the only Taco Bell in Greenfield, I’d never go. I’d drive to Shelbyville before coming to this location. Nights seem to be the worst! My bean burrito was so dry it was cracked, and they didn’t put the sour cream on it. My Husbands chicken roll thing was just smooshed. Won’t be going back. And I’ll make sure I spread that around to my family and friends! I’ve given so many chances to this location!!

I placed a mobile drive thru order before I left work. It only takes me a few minutes to get there. I go through the drive thru and the guy at the window tells me to pull around to the front door. No big deal, except over 30 minutes goes by and nothing. People were coming and going through the drive thru and others that parked next to me, received their food. Not only did I waste $22 on food I never received, I will never be going back. I’ve had a hard mental day and super introverted. Potentially confrontational moments scare me. Keep my $22, but I will never ever be supporting this Taco Bell ever again.
