I ordered breakfast from there, a breakfast wrap and a soft taco supreme with no tomato. I get to my job which is 18 minutes from this location and go to sit down at my desk to eat the taco. Luckily, I fully opened it to put the sauce on to where I found a dead fly on my taco. Immediately I said that’s disgusting and called the Taco Bell to make them aware. I did not want my food replaced, I didn’t even really care about a refund. I just wanted to let them know because again that is disgusting to which I was met with from the employee that she didn’t see any flies around the facility and that she watched the person make it as I’m talking to her on the phone. She’s talking to a person who made the taco. I said it’s neither here nor there, there is a dead fly on this taco and I reiterated it I am not looking for a replacement because at this point I can’t trust any of the food that comes out there. I didn’t even eat the other crunch wrap that I ordered to which I was hung up on by the employee. I am going to this place to get a refund because at this point, you were rude enough to hang up on a customer mid conversation. I will never be eating here again.This place is very unprofessional very unsanitary.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I do not expect a luxury or over the top experience from Taco Bell. However, at minimum I pay for warm food and not old cold food. I got a Crunchwrap supreme and paid extra to substitute the beef for steak. To only receive a drop of steak, no nacho cheese sauce, and loads of sour cream I did not request. To add, the beef on my loaded nachos was old and chips were stale. I tried to call the store to resolve the issue to report this but they refuse to answer. I hope the owner sees this on order that was poorly made on December 30th at 12:51 AM. Order number 13.

New location, workers out finishing landscaping. Drive thru dual lanes, one each for online vs new orders?! Visited at 5 pm and about 6 vehicles in queue. Place hss no highway sign visible so most haven’t discovered this place, but the Starbucks nearby probably a coincidentall business magnet. Service was courteous and generally quick. We noticed food ingredient a little more volume than other locatioywhich we liked but don’t knyif this will change. Easy access with sroplight nearby. A lot of local people eagerly anticipated this location opening and now it’s here!!!!

AVOID THIS TACO BELL LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOURE TRAVELING WITH BABIES… this is the worst run taco Bell I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting on a road trip. Brought 2 toddlers into the store to go to the bathroom and order. Tried 3 kiosks and all of them errored out after putting in convoluted orders. The counter could not take an order and had to try to listen to each item and walk back to the drive through window to put in an order. Only giving 2 stars for the effort to take an order. We decided to give up and drive through the drive through and by this time my son pooped and needed a diaper change and there are NO CHANGING TABLES in either sex’s changing room. I can’t speak that much for the food because I don’t have many other Taco Bell’s to compare to but it all seemed pretty pathetic and empty and the meat was very mushy and questionable…

Went multiple times, at 1 am they tried to pretend that they weren’t my Uber Eats restaurant. I really hope HR takes this seriously. Got my money back, sucks to feed people you don’t know.. huh … HAH
Everytime I come here the fries are so cold and hard, my tacos always have lettuce even if the receipt says no lettuce. And they literally rip you off on portions….. this was supposed to be their new burrito lmao…… if you suck at kitchen THAT bad, go work at goodwill. Some people enjoy their taco bell trips.

The customer service at this Taco Bell is terrible. First of all, you walk in they do not greet you. You stand there for about 10 minutes and no one ever asks can I help you because I guess I was invisible. At least 4 or 5 employees looked directly at me and no one ever asked me a thing as if I just came in there to hang out. I finally said something, and they act like they were doing me a favor by grabbing my order. I’m glad I do not eat this crap as I would never spend my money in an establishment like this

I’ve been to this specific location three times. Three times my order was incorrect. Yes, I called once and they said to bring it back in to get my order correct. I think that’s great service. But once I’m home, I’m home. The other two times I should have checked the bag completely. So really that’s on me. but come on, Taco Bell, maybe add a big red light at the Taco station when someone doesn’t want lettuce. I get it, you make hundreds of things a day and your company pays you as little as they can but for the love of anything sacred just get rid of the lettuce.
