Every time I get food at the Cloverdale Taco Bell I kick myself. The order is NEVER correct, the quality is garbage. Why is the cheese always missing? It makes no sense! By no means speak up about the quality and you’re gonna be argued with through the drive thru window. Don’t wast your money

Genuinely one of the most satisfying Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. This one blows away my hometown Taco Bell and did not skimp on any of the sauces. The bathrooms were exceptional and the service was very nice. I came with a group of 6 people and they had our order out faster than my wife has me out the bedroom when I fart LOL! Thank you much Taco Bell!

I am a 76 year old and when using the Taco Bell App today did not have a good understanding of placing an order. So the location came up for the Taco Bell 10 miles from me. When I went to my local Cloverdale Taco Bell and explained the situation, they were very kind and made my order at charge here for me. The food and service was great. Thank you Cloverdale Taco Bell!

Broken tacos, wrong items, bad customer service and don’t order here unless you enjoy sour cream because that’s all your getting!! Completely horrible service and food, wish I could put zero stars. Not only did the drive thru girl ring up my order wrong “supreme variety party pack, she rang up a regular supreme party pack”. When I got home and pulling the tacos out not only were they all crunchy tacos but maybe 2 of the 12 tacos actually were tacos, they had nothing but sour cream in them and a dash of everything else. So I call back to the store to ask what is in the supreme variety party pack the response was “honestly I don’t know” then I stated It wasn’t what I ordered and I was upset about the tacos she hangs up on me!!! Called back to talk to manager, which he states she didn’t hang up, talked over me the entire phone call, told me what I ordered was the party pack because that’s what he seen on his screen, didn’t think twice that she rang up the wrong thing, was not any help and made the situation so much worse. I guess when you spend $40 on food here they decide to give you less. Do better!

Restaurant smelled like old grease and was dirty. Pop machine dispensed too much carbonation on all Pepsi selections. Mexican pizza was worst I’ve ever experienced….tasted like old rancid grease.

The service was incredibly slow, so slow that I am writing this review while still waiting for my food. They are not efficient in their service and I am not satisfied. They need to step up the speed of delivering service.
