Chicken strip chalupa. Costs .80 more then normal. This strip is burnt and as small as my thumb. The steak dipper cheese wasn’t on like it was supposed to and not melted right. Paid $30 for 2 meals for 2 people and this is what I get? These new employees are not good at all.
Edit. Both of us got sick off of what we did eat.
We also doordash here and the power went out and tried to see if order was made. Employees were extremely rude again. Will never go back with the employees they have there now.

I had yet another late night craving recently (love/hate relationship with those!), so I stopped by The Bell. The guy at the drive-thru wasn’t rude he just definitely seemed rushed and was simply there for the job. Nothing bad about his service but there was also nothing stellar about his friendliness/customer service.

I was very impressed by the Supreme Luxe Box deal. The price was great, and I liked the selections they give you. I think I got the bottom of the barrel on the nachos, though. They were mostly pieces and parts. However, everything tasted good.

One pet peeves I have, however, which applies to several fast food places, but always at Taco Bell, is that they give you a handful of condiments packets. I appreciate how when you order online you can specify how many you want of each. Regardless, I always get many more, and you can tell they just grabbed them by the handful and throw them in. This is very wasteful and I actually tried to conserve as much as I can.

In this particular instance I ordered one of the avocado sauce packets and three mild packets. I ended up with the one avocado and ten mild which had been grabbed by the handful. So, these will now end up in the trash or sit in a drawer in the kitchen for a few years until I decide to throw them away. Yes I could use them but I always forget to have them. Anyway, I just find it a waste of resources for Taco Bell because if you multiply that many extra by all the orders of the day, then that’s a lot of waste. Just a thought for the company.

Otherwise, not a horrible experience and maybe next time I will get a complete fresh set of nachos. First world problems…

Each and every single time I order here my tacos are never correct and my tacos shells are always cracked three different ways that they literally fall apart. Then called to get it fix and the manger act like she didn’t even want to help me and was so freaking rude. Something needs to get done about this.

This was one of the better taco bell experiences I’ve ever had! Upon going through the drive-thru, they asked my name so they could use it during our interaction. Everyone was polite, my order was correct, and they got it ready quickly. I would definitely go back to this location!

I chose to experiment with ordering via the inside order points. I was able to navigate easier than I thought it would be. Wait time was about normal. I ordered the Supreme Luxe. It was tasty.

Everything from the drink machine did not taste right. It was wet but it was not good.

Kiosk screens probably need recalibrate, doesn’t not react to touch accurately and touch response was delayed.

Food was ok. Story kinda clean.

One of my dessert favorites, Cinnamon Twists, has been off lately. My last 2 orders were practically tasteless. Very little sugar/Cinnamon on them. Several pieces completely plain. R U trying to phase them and just making them as tasteless as possible so people will stop ordering them?

I called in tonight because I ordered to the wrong location and I wanted to cancel. The manger on the phone was very rude from the beginning and hostile, not willing to help or compensate, would not recommend. I was at the whitestown location and they were very helpful unlike the people at brownsburg.

Absolutely awful. First off they didn’t even have seasoning for the nacho fries so we got plain fries and then barely gave us any cheese in either of the cups we got with the fries. I asked for no tomatoes on my nacho fry “nachos” and it had them and it’s supposed to come with guac but didnt. Our soft tacos were so sad and neither had much meat on them. And on top of that my husbands NACHO FRY BURRITO had literally 1 fry and black beans when I asked for none. I’m usually pretty forgiving but literally every item was messed up in some way. I even placed an online order so how? Going to call tomorrow since it’s midnight and explain what happened cause this is ridiculous.
