Ordered a veggie bowl nd the purple cabbage was way too hard, added potatoes which were overcooked nd hard as well. I requested extra Pico Gallo which was not provided nd I had to approach the counter 2get that honored. On the kiosk, I indicated dine-in but if that was overlooked..ok since my order was bagged. A review of the order I thought was rountine to avoid such. And finally while it may be a delivery issue, there were no forks, as advised. Good thing I carry extras.

All the praise to Kymora tonight! We stopped by the Whitestown store and we put our order in through the app. Oops, we ordered to the wrong store!! Kymora to the rescue she tried to help us get it cancelled we even called the store we ordered to and they didn’t help. Kymora put our order in and took care of our meal so we didn’t pay twice! Give this girl a raise or promotion!! She was friendly, so helpful and just a great person! Thank you Kymora!

We ordered online like we always do. The service was okay. Got the food home and it was so disappointing. The bean burrito I had been craving was a stale tortilla with basically no filler. The cheesy potatoes were all ordered were hard. Biggest disappointment…we wanted cheesy gortita crunches… Little meat, no sauce and stale taco shells. It was almost like they used ingredients that were expired. Never had TBell this bad.

Went Saturday night around 11 and needless to say the entire order was disappointing. Literally every item in the order looked like this. Either the service members there don’t care or they do it on purpose with the amount of screwed up food.
Probably wouldn’t eat there anymore as a warning to others.. What else do they do to others food?

It was Sunday afternoon, the wife and I drove up to diamond.The hour said 9a m to 4 p m dine in or carry out could not get in the stdrive around to the drive through. Went to place an order and I informed him they should place a sign on the door for drive through only I got a response back. We’re closed, wasn’t able to order and it was not 4 PM. It was only early afternoon. So clearly they did not want my business and I’m sorry.This review is for the Whitestown taco bell

I bought 3 chicken quesadillas. When they handed me the bag, I should have known there was barely any chicken on these quesadillas. For six dollars you get tortilla and cheese barely any chicken. Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in a while. Customer service was great tho. My friend said we should go back to get our money back. I said were too far on the highway for that.

Came up to the window and they said sorry for the wait we’re training people, i get that ur training people but you give me a burnt grilled cheese burrito?? like you know it’s burnt it smelled burnt when i got it. Also had to go back in since they forgot 3 items and i waited 20 minutes… for 3 simple tacos. I’ve never had bad food or a bad experience at this taco bell before this so i’m truly just shocked and disappointed.

I got the new jalapeño pizza with a chalupa and it was cold. I ordered through the drive through luckily they gave me the correct order the first time but they didn’t give me my drink. When the lady handed me my food she said have a good day and almost shut the window before I could tell her, luckily I caught her in time to tell her. I waited probably an extra 5 minutes on ONE drink. When I got home the chalupa looks like it wasn’t even toasted and it was cold, the pizza looked like it was just thrown in the box and was also cold. I do not recommend this taco bell at all.
Edit: I live right next to this taco bell so no way it would have gotten so cold so fast.
