I come here at least 5 times a month after work late at night with my husband to dine in. Our food has always been SO good ! Night crew here is so fast and chill. I love coming here ! Thank you guys – a very happy customer Tina L <3
(P.S I think too many people want to be heard when frustrated with an order being wrong which is why there’s so many complaints here but a lot of times when service is good we forget to even acknowledge it, but it’s just “what’s expected of them to do”. I really want to acknowledge these workers by letting them know that I personally do appreciate them showing up for work! <3)

Have never had any issues with this taco bell in the past, but last night i ordered 3 crunchy tacos through doordash and after eating 2 i stopped. 1 hour later my stomach was turning every which way so i laid down only to violently puke 10 times in about 5 hours. Around 3am, nothing would come up anymore just dry puking and so i went to the ER. Spent 5 hours in the ER. Never eating Taco Bell Again.

Ordered 12 taco supreme with no lettuce a crunch wrap supreme no lettuce, I have had stomach surgery so I can not eat lettuce, the crunch wrap was made right but all 12 tacos had lettuce. When I called to have it fixed the employee that answered told me the manager there on duty made the order and it was made right, which it was not. So DON’T GO TO east 10th and scatterfield they’re rudd and will mess up your order

I love this restaurant! It’s usually my all-time favorite restaurant. However, this time was a tad bit different. I requested one of my food items to be modified slightly. When I received that it was not modified but halfway. Because I asked for a cheesy gordita crunch without the hard shell since it hurts my teeth. But instead of getting it without the show I ended up with it. Their pop machine in the lobby didn’t work either.b the drive-through person that went and got me one from the drive-thru. Which they said amazingly much better! Other than that, it was an amazing visit!

I had placed a very large order online for a work meeting. When I arrived pick it up, you would have thought that everybody had their Kimberly goggles on blocking them from seeing me. It wasn’t until somebody else came in that we got a grunt from the person running front of house. I suppose that was good enough to realize they had acknowledged our existence. To say that there was a lack of personality as an understatement and it certainly was not a welcoming environment. I made a mental note to never come to this location again, work function or not.
