This place used to be good. Now you can’t even speak without being interrupted, have to repeat yourself 5 times and even then your words are still ignored by the manager no less. If someone comes in more than 12 hours after their order for a complaint saying their food was inedible you don’t offer to remake it you offer a refund. I was told because I did a mobile order i had to use their mobile app to put in the complaint. But how does that allow me to eat now when your staff screwed up an order so much to the extreme they made someone physically ill? Especially for a 60$ order not even getting 15$ worth of it

This Taco Bell is definitely a drive-through restaurant for me. The workers are nice enough, but my last order was completely wrong, and unfortunately that wasn’t the first time it’s happened.
The main reason I keep going is because it’s close to my house and convenient. I don’t expect perfection, but accuracy would go a long way. I’ll gladly improve my rating if and when the service becomes more consistent.

Taco Bell used to be my fav place get food for cheap and fast to get ya ur order but I have a severe allergy to peppers, pepper flakes, paprika, all kinds beans and to much regular black pepper. Now a days they have nothing I can eat accept cinnabuns. They refuse to put anything on menu that is safe for me to eat.

I had sit down mexican faster than these people. I ordered 70 dollars of food and then asked for sauce packets and the idiot wanted to charge me 20 cents extra per packet. Like seriously I just spent all this money and you’re trying to charge for sauce.

This by far the worst Anderson location. Included is a 3rd attempt at a cheesy Gordita crunch. (I got a chalupa 2 times) this is almost always the case. The girl that works the window is sweet but their kitchen staff is a joke.

This location is absolutely horrible. So I asked for a Baja Blast slushy, which is on their menu, and they say they don’t have it. As i see it on their menu i say “It’s literally on your menu.” and he says “Oh my bad. the slushy machine isn’t working. but then I can literally see someone pouring a slushy into a cup. Terrible service! The restaurant is extremely dirty too, everything is so dirty. don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Overall i would never come back to this location.

This is the third time I have went to this Taco Bell. I order my food. I get to the window and it’s like they double the price on me this time. It was $38 for tacos. When you get on the app and order the tacos, it was $25, not $38. You try to call in and ask them about it. No one will answer the phone. And it’s not just this time, it’s happened happened 3 or 4 times now. I will never be back to this taco. Bell. Again it’s a bunch of BS
