Customer service is a lost art. You order by a kiosk. Then wait for your name to be called. God Forbid they make sure your order is correct. Or if you have an issue. Trying to flag down an employee. Yet the prices keep rising and portions get smaller. For what they charge for miniscule portions and trash service. You can visit a nice sit down restaurant.
