It’s SUPPOSED to be the fruit punch rockstar refresca…drinking it burns my throat. It’s basically clear. All I can taste is bitter sugar. I g t these drinks constantly, this one is extremely not right how does this even happen? All y’all do is a couple sugar pumps and pour in a can of the rockstar… Did they use 50 sugar pumps? If so

It’s toco bell so my expectations aren’t that high. The tocos were pretty good this time. They could put more meat in them and it would give them another star. Going though the drive up was fast and we were eating before we knew it. Don’t forget to ask for sauce for your toco. Mild hot and fire sauces to choose from. The prices are kinda expensive more than it was a couple yrs ago. All and all its toco bell I would think everyone would know what to expect.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food felt so fresh and was so hot and all the cheese was so melty. And they ACTUALLY gave me the right amount of sauce packets. And very friendly employees.

I went thru the drive thru specifically told them no chipotle sauce due to allergies of something in that sauce. They refused to label the burrito when I had 2 normal ones and then mine can’t eat it due to not knowing which is which and then I called to report the mess up and they refused to fix it wouldn’t recommend going there if you need a special request they refused to follow it and then refused to fix it

Your employees are the WORST crew I’ve have ever dealt with by far the rudest. The store is filthy people wait over a hour in the lobby the manager does not help the lobby she’s always on her cell phone texting if you ask about an order they are either very cocky to you or just walk away. I will not be a customer and I will not take a delivery order from your store again

To be completely honest, I would pass this store over in lieu of the Tiffin Avenue branch. The food is substandard, the service is rude, and the attention to your order is non-existent. After all, if you’re paying for your meal, you should receive far more than this store offers.

This taco bell has dropped in quality immensely. Yesterday, 3 different items were wrong. I went today, as well-no fire sauce, and extremely rude staff. I was checking my bag (very reasonable as yesterday they messed up 3 items and today they still messed one up with the lack of fire sauce and underfilled cheese-below the halfway point of the container), and the cashier tried to rush me on and said I was “holding up the line”. That’s not their place-As a fast food customer, I’m allowed to check my order.
Go to the other taco bell. This one sucks. Maybe come back if you hear people were fired? I don’t see the cashier I had today ever getting better, really. They were rude and did not care about their job whatsoever.
