Stood at the register 15minutes before an employee told me they couldn’t step away from the drive through and to order online or through the kiosk. Took 20 minutes after that for my food. How is this fast food?

Horrible customer service! The wait for the drive through has extended 15-minutes and it was almost impossible to back out. When called they said they had more people come into the lobby and they are trying to get back to the drive through meanwhile there is a line of cars extending out to the street. When I let the person on the phone know this she said “I’m not surprised” Not sure who is managing this restaurant but if this is the type of operation they run we will never even try to stop again EVER!

Consistantly receive items made incorrectly and missing items. Its nice have the ability to customize things on the app but it sucks when they can’t ever get it right. Recently ordered a nachos bell grande sub the beef for chicken. They gave us a pile of chips with only half the toppings and a few scattered pieces of ground beef and no chicken.

I am a 84 year old women who can’t get around great, so I went thru the drive thru window at Taco Bell in
Ada Ohio on Saturday nite around 7 PM ON JUNE 28, 2025 ON MY SCOOTER. They refused to serve me because I was on my scooter. The District Manager needs to have a talk with these kids and explain to them what age discrimination is. The girl acted like I was dirt under her feet. Please teach these kids about customer service. Just because some of us are old, doesn’t mean we don’t get hungry. I just hope they treat their grandparents better.

This used to be an ok place, other than the outrageous prices on items sold for half the price at any other location, but they stopped serving breakfast? This is a college town. If the owner wasn’t so greedy and actually kept the price of the food at an acceptable level they would most definitely get more traffic here. Again, college town with no breakfast? They probably only stay in business because it’s the only place we can eat after 10:30pm.
If you’re driving through, just save your money and get a better deal at McDonald’s. At least there you can get an entire meal for $5 where you can get only ONE burrito at this location.
