Where do I start? The part where the 2 females wanted to “bash my head in” or ” creep up behind me and smash my head in” absolutely the filthiest talk I have ever heard! They definitely do not like to fix their errors. I do not believe cussing at customers and threatening death and bodily harm is even close what any establishment is about. The only positive experience we had was with Ben. But the 2 young ladies Drea and the other one are just awful I really hope making those threats was worth doing so because I heard other customers talking about the way you talk to and treat customers. I hope the owner sees this because neither of you have any business working there!

Amanda,Cass, and Tyler treated my family I very well. They deserve the utmost respect and raises. They took care of us at a very late night. They were so charismatic and happy. Absolutely a fantastic franchise, they make Taco Bell worth coming too. Thanks for everything guys.

Lady at the drive through was very rude I had two orders and she had an huge attitude about it. Then all I had to pay was a 50$ and because it was before noon she said very rudely” next time rule of thumb don’t use any big bills before noon most people use debit card” okay well some people only carry cash the whole experience was rude and they took at least 5-10 min to get our second order out and they gave us spicy ranch instead of nacho cheese for our chips and cheese

There was a long hair in the chicken burrito box. All the food was cold as usual. I called and the girl said she was a manager. Then gave me to Marsha. I explained it was about a 6 in, hair. It was a white persons hair . Said next time to just come in and get the box we got. Food is always cold and maybe a teaspoon of hamburger it’s mostly lettuce. We are done with Taco Bell. We don’t get our money’s worth. At least across town the food is hot and not mostly lettuce. We pay for food not enough for a rabbit to eat. Done.
