Went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes. Usually, if I take them home, the shell is soggy, but thankfully, or so I thought, not this time. Unfortunately, figured out why pretty quickly: the meat was so cold I couldn’t eat the tacos. It was the same temperature as the toppings. I guess take-out tacos just aren’t recommended.

No one to help you on the front line. You must use the kiosk to place your order. My food was super dry except for the hard shell taco I got. The taco shell was broken in a 100 pieces but eaten with a fork it tasted ok. The lobby was very dirty and bathroom was disgusting.

Staff nice. More empty dirty tables than clean ones. Noone to take order used a app screen, no search so it’s horrible to skim through items to find what u want. Took 20+ minutes after order in to get food, overall time waiting to get food 28 minutes.

Really hit or miss from this location I ordered today at 6 pm and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly professional quick and talked me through everything so I felt like I wasn’t forgotten or waiting on anything. However at this location I’ve had the window slammed on me when asking for a different bag have had completely burnt crunchwraps bean soups for burritos missing or incorrect food.

If I could give this places zero stars I would. Ordered from door dash twice. And taco bell blames door dash for taco bell screwing up. This time they forgot 2 burritos and won’t fix there mistakes. Very disappointed! Just got food 11-4-2025 at 11:35am . My chicken Quesadilla wasn’t cut. And when the lady brought my food to the counter I asked for some breakfast salsa packs and she threw her head down and gave me an attitude.
